1. ATLANTICA PORTO BELLO BEACH, HELONA BEACH

Variety’s the name of the game at this beach hotel. It clocks up a total of 11 swimming pools, plus its own thrill-ready waterpark. What’s great about this place is that it caters to kids of all ages. In the waterpark, there are plenty of slides that are set up for older kids and teens – we’re talking stomach-dropping free-fallers and multi-lane racers. Little ones aren’t forgotten, though, the lazy river’s ideal for them, plus they have their own splash zone with smaller slides and jets. The hotel puts on a kids’ club, too. Food-wise, there’s a selection of four restaurants – a buffet, a Greek taverna, and Italian, and a meze joint. So, you’re all set whether your family’s fussy or adventurous on the eating front.

This budget-friendly hotel lines up a roomy pool complete with a bar, plus a splash park that’s just for kids. And, throughout the day, little ones can join in with activities like beach volleyball and mini-football. There’s a SuneoPlay kids’ room, too – future pilots will love the model aeroplane that’s big enough to sit in. The around-the-world buffet keeps options open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – even the fussiest eaters will be catered for. They might even spot something new that they fancy trying…

3. BLUE LAGOON VILLAGE, KEFALOS

The Blue Lagoon Village comes with some seriously pretty sea views, and it’s right on a sandy beach. One of the headline attractions for kids at this hotel is the Adventure Land play area. Ticking off a mini-football pitch, a children’s playground and a mini waterpark, it’s sure to keep little ones occupied. There’s even a marooned pirate ship to play in. And that’s not all – you’ve got the TUI KIDS’ CLUB, too. It’s split up by age group, so you can be sure that they’ll be kept entertained by age-appropriate activities. If your little ones are too small for the kids’ club, there’s the air-conditioned Baby Lounge so you don’t have to head back to your room for nappy changes, feeds, or just a bit of a break from the sunshine.
