What type of ticket will I get?
Package holiday bookings
You don’t need a ticket to travel, however, if you book more than 14 days before you travel, we’ll send you an email called an “e-ticket” (this is really a summary of your booking and flight details).
If you book 14 days or less before you go, you’ll receive an email called “booking confirmation / e-ticket”.
Flight-only and hotel-only bookings
If you’ve only booked a flight or a hotel, you’ll just need to take your confirmation email with you.
You don’t need to print any of your documents
If you prefer, you can save them to your smartphone for reference. You can find and download your travel documents in Manage My Booking under Travel documents.
On the day of travel, you’ll just need:
· your passport and
· your boarding pass (digital or printed).
Your e-ticket is not your boarding pass.
You’ll need to check in online to get your boarding pass before you travel. For more information visit our Can I check in online?
