What do I do if I delete or lose my e-ticket?
If you accidentally delete the email containing your e‑ticket, or lose a printed copy, don’t worry. Log in to Manage My Booking (this is different from your Customer Account) using your departure date, booking reference and the lead passenger’s surname. From here, you can view or download your travel documents again under Travel documents.
You don’t need to print your e‑ticket. You can save it to your smartphone for reference if you need it.
On the day of travel, you’ll just need:
- Your passport
- Your boarding pass (digital or printed).
