Can I change a name on a booking?

You can change the name of any non-lead passenger on your booking. If you just need to correct a spelling error, this can be done for free by contacting us.

How to change names:
  • If you booked online or through the TUI App: Make changes through your Customer Account or Manage My Booking section
  • If you booked in a TUI Holiday Store: Visit or call your local store
For babies not yet born:

Enter their name as 'Inf X' followed by your surname when booking. Once your baby is born, contact us with their name for a free update.

When contacting us, please have:

  • Departure date
  • Booking reference
  • Lead passenger surname
