Can I cancel or amend my holiday through a myTUI customer account?
If you booked online or via the TUI app
You can find details of how to amend or cancel your booking on the Bookings section within your myTUI customer account on the website, or in the 'Trips' tab in the TUI app. Simply sign in and add your booking using your booking reference number.
If you booked in a retail store
Please pop in or contact your local TUI Store, to find your store please use the TUI Store Locator.
You will also be able to access you booking details online via the Bookings section within your myTUI customer account that was created using your email at the point of booking in store.
If you booked over the phone
Please call 020 3451 2688 to speak to a member of our contact centre. Alternatively, you will be able to access you booking details online or via your contact your local TUI Store. See above for directions.
