When will I receive my ticket?
E-tickets
You'll get your e-ticket by email 28 days before your holiday, if you gave us your email address when you booked.
If you booked by phone or in a shop, and didn't leave your email address, we'll send you a print-out of your ticket by post.
If you’re flying with another airline, you may receive your ticket closer to your departure date.
Late bookings
If you booked your holiday less than 28 days before you travel, we'll email your e-ticket right away.
Haven't received your e-ticket?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. If you haven’t received your ticket:
- First, check your junk or spam folder
- If it’s not there, please contact us:
- For online or phone bookings, call us on 0203 451 2688
- For TUI store or local travel agent bookings: visit or call the store where you booked
Flight-only and hotel-only bookings
- Take your confirmation email with you (sent shortly after booking)
- If you don't have your confirmation, make sure you know your booking reference and lead passenger surname.
