How can I check in for my Ryanair flight?

Important Update: Paperless Boarding with Ryanair Starting 12th November 2025
What's Changing
From 12th November 2025, Ryanair will require you to use digital boarding passes instead of paper ones.

Before Your Flight
1. Check in using the MyRyanair app or website before travel
2. Standard check-in opens 24 hours before your flight
3. If you've purchased a seat, you can check in up to 60 days before departure

How to Access Your Boarding Pass
1. Open the Ryanair app or website
2. Go to "My Bookings" 
3. Select your flight to view your boarding pass
4. Save the boarding pass to your smartphone for easy access

At the Airport

  • Show your digital boarding pass on your smartphone at security checkpoints
  • Use the same digital pass when boarding your flight
  • Have your digital pass ready for both departure and return flights

Important Exceptions - Paper Passes Still Required

  • Morocco and Turkey flights (except Dalaman): Paper boarding passes required
  • Tirana flights (until March 2026): Paper boarding passes required

Alternative Options

  • If you don't have a smartphone, you can print your boarding pass at home
  • Airport printing is available for an additional fee
  • Bag drop opens 2 hours before and closes 40 minutes before scheduled departure

How to Check In
1. Visit www.ryanair.com and click 'myRyanair Portal' (top right corner)
2. Log in or select 'sign up' to create an account
3. Click on 'My Bookings' after logging in
4. To link your booking, click 'Can't see your booking?'
5. Enter your 6-digit flight reference number (PNR) from your TUI booking confirmation
6. Select 'check-in' and follow the instructions
