What if I have problems with my Ryanair account?
If you have trouble logging in or using your MyRyanair account, there are a few things you can check.
1. Are you using the correct email address? You need to login with the email address used to book your TUI holiday. You can find this on your booking confirmation, e-ticket or in Manage my Booking on the TUI website. If you are attempting to login to an existing Ryanair account that uses a different email address, it is possible to link your booking. Please be aware linking your TUI booking to another account will mean you no longer receive email updates from Ryanair about your booking. You will only be able to access latest flight details by logging into your account or via TUI.
2. Do you have your Ryanair flight booking reference? To login, you’ll be asked for your flight reference number (which is also sometimes called a Passenger Name Record or PNR), which is different to your TUI booking reference. Your flight reference number will be a six-digit alpha-numeric code (your TUI booking reference will be numbers only), and can be found on your booking confirmation, e-ticket or in Manage my Booking on the TUI website
3. Did you make a spelling mistake when booking your TUI holiday? Double check for any typos on the email address used when booking your TUI holiday. If there is a typo you can contact us on 0203 451 2688 and we can amend this for you. Please be aware it's not possible to update your email address with Ryanair. You can login to your Ryanair account using the email address you originally provided (including the typo), create a new account or link your TUI booking to existing account. You will only be able to access latest flight details by logging into your account or via TUI as your package holiday provider.
