Pomos harbour

Pomos has a tiny sprinkling of restaurants. The best ones pull up a seat at the harbour, so their seafood dishes are as fresh as it gets. Wide-angle views of the Mediterranean Sea are the finishing garnish.

Travel south-east of Pomos, and you’ll encounter pine-cloaked foothills that climb up in to the Troodos Mountains. This is Paphos Forest — a sprawling haven for eagles, goshawks and nightjars.
