About the villa

Villa Clarissa is every inch the quintessential Mediterranean villa. Whitewashed from top to toe, it has fantastic sea views.The open-plan kitchen-diner and living room at Villa Clarissa is framed in a stone floor and beamed ceiling, while the whitewashed finish and dividing archway give the place a truly Cypriot feel.

The best views in the house are spied from the pool and terrace. The area – and its spectacular sea views – are all yours, and there’s even a Jacuzzi^®, tailor-made for a sunset dip.Villa Clarissa is a 20-minute drive away from the beach in the tiny town of Polis. This stretch goes mostly au naturel, with the odd café thrown in in for good measure.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped, with home-from-home appliances that include a dishwasher. The terrace, meanwhile, features a stone-built barbecue and wooden garden furniture. The harbour of Pomos is only a few minutes’ drive away. It’s here you’ll find a handful of highly recommended fish tavernas that serve up the day’s catch.

We are now giving you the option to choose your transport arrangements for your holiday. The per person price you see now is based on 'no transfer'. You have the option to select your transport arrangements on the customise holiday page, or alternatively, you can make your own arrangements and keep the 'no transfer' option. Open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge

The open-plan lounge has a TV and fireplace, making it the ideal space for cosy nights in. With neutral décor, the there's a real homely feel, and plenty to keep you entertained. The dining area is close to the kitchen, with light tiled walls and soft green cupboards.

Double bedroom

This double bedroom sleeps 2 and is decorated with white walls and dark wooden beams. The room comes complete with an en suite bathroom with a corner bath and shower.

2 twin bedrooms

Both twin bedrooms come with twin beds, whitewashed walls and wood beamed ceiling.

A lovely house with access to the sea!

It was really nice! The villa was well-kept and they also gifted us some fruits, there were three bedrooms, all really nice! The pool was pretty big and my favorite thing was the private access to the sea, of course, shared with the second villa owned by them, the people next to us were really nice! Really recommend!

We stayed a week in villa Karavi near Pomos. Villa was fantastic! Very luxureous, clean and relaxed with a private beach. Four bed rooms with each their own bathroom, a swimming pool, whirlpool and a steambath. Kitchen is well equiped. Carport for two cars. Good wifi. Very friendly and helpfull management. Villa is located 15 min drive north of Polis, close to Pomos. Be aware that a car is required. Location is outside the busy tourist area's. This was perfect for us. Polis is a surprisingly village. Latchy is 10min further and is the perfect base to visit Avakas national park. Cosy harbour with some nice restaurants. Buggy or boat rental is the best way to visit the Blue Lagoon.

We had such a great time staying at this villa. The area is really peaceful, with beautiful sea views, and the small garden is so well-kept, filled with rosemary and fruit trees that smell amazing. Inside, everything is stylish and set up perfectly, with all the appliances you’d need, making it just right for both short and long stays. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms have solid soundproofing, so even with family around, everyone had their own quiet space. The host was fantastic—always friendly and quick to reply if we needed anything. Honestly, the only downside was how fast the time flew by. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing holiday….not booking a package.

Villa was absolutely amazing right on top of the mountain very quiet and peaceful on a location with two other properties next door to each other, but good for security….with our own private swimming pool and separate jacuzzi…. Other properties are holiday villas too owned by same company…. So all good… definitely require a car but what an amazing location…. With Polis town up the road 5km away with a great town square and lots of restaurants etc.and pomos harbour 12km the other way with a great beach bar and restaurant up on the hill…. Fantastic for very quiet sunbathing…. And latchi harbour near Polis for renting a boat or boat trip excursions… and great restaurants etc.. and only 39km from Paphos …. Or 16km from the mountain top stunning little village of Kathikas make sure u go past the square with the church or u will miss all the bars there….also Peyia old town is only another 10km on near paphos … which has great traditional bars and restaurants….. only thing we should have booked 2 weeks not just 1…. So looking forward to next year….!!!

Great villa in a great location

Stayed in Helios villa for a week. Can’t fault it. The upstairs consists of the kitchen and living area. Both have everything you need. There is also a toilet on this level. There are 2 patio doors leading to a large terrace which has a large outdoor table and chairs and half of the terrace is covered. The views from here are great. Down stairs there are 2 bedrooms. Both en-suite. Bedrooms have lots of storage space. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto the pool area. The BBQ area is located on this level. Around the pool are chairs and sun beds. The pool was checked twice in the week that we were there. A couple of things to note. The entrance to the car port is a bit built up. Our car did scrape on the bottom as we pulled on. We started parking on the road. The air conditioning has to be paid for. The cost is €8 per day per unit. There are 4 units. We just had the unit in our bedroom switched on.
