What varies is the premium drinks offer – some hotels extend the inclusion to international branded spirits and premium cocktails, while others charge a small supplement for these. You're not obliged to tip at TUI All Inclusive hotels – all service is included in the price you've paid. That said, you might choose to tip staff who provide exceptional service, particularly room attendants and bar staff. In some destinations, like Mexico, the Caribbean and North Africa, tipping is more culturally expected than in European resorts.
