Paying for your holiday with Direct Debit
Get the info on how to pay for your holiday by Direct Debit.
So, you’ve found your dream holiday but payday’s still a couple of weeks off. We’ve all been there. Instead of checking your holiday is still available each day before you get paid, you can lock it in with a £0 deposit when you choose to pay by Direct Debit.* So, you can secure the flights, room and holiday you want without paying a penny upfront. How does Direct Debit work?
Once you’ve found your dream getaway, you can set up your Direct Debit before you hit the book button. Thanks to our £0 deposit offer*, no money will be taken from your account at the time of booking. We’ll just send you a confirmation confirming your pay dates. Top tip: choose the date the money comes out of your account before you book to make it work for you.

How do I set up a Direct Debit?
If you’re booking a package holiday, you can pay by Direct Debit before you book. You just need to make sure you set it up before you hit the book button.
It’s worth mentioning that Direct Debit can only be used on package holiday bookings that are more than 26 weeks away from departure, and a minimum of three Direct Debit payments are needed for you to use the offer. Oh, and you can’t use it on flight and accommodation-only bookings, Marella cruises and TUI river cruises.

Anything else I should know?
If you cancel your holiday before you’ve paid the full deposit, you’ll still need to cover the full deposit amount. The full deposit amount depends on the type of holiday you’ve booked – just check your confirmation for all the details.
If you amend your holiday and the cost increases or decreases your Direct Debit amount will be updated to reflect your new holiday cost. And, your final payment will be due 10 weeks before you’re due to go.
