Sail at sunset on an eco-catamaran

Admire the coast of Barcelona at golden hour on a sunset tour. This eco-catamaran cruise is powered by solar panels instead of a motor that runs on gasoline or diesel, so it has a planet-friendly twist. Leaving from Port Vell, kick back and relax aboard the catamaran while ‘ooh-ing’ and ‘aah-ing’ at famous monuments, including the World Trade Centre and the largest yachts in the city. For sporting buffs, you’ll have a chance to step back in time as you dock the Puerto Olimpico, the port founded in the 1991 Olympics. Mosey at the Macba and Moco Museum

No Barcelona city break is complete until you’ve tapped into the local art scene. Extending beyond traditional museums, Barcelona goes big with modern art. For an educational art experience with a twist, the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA) is one to add to your itinerary. The place is loaded with modern art exhibits from local and international artists. Some of the showcases take things a bit further than just paintings, though – think digital screens, short film viewings and tapestry displays.
Alternatively, head to the Moco Museum if you’re a Banksy fan. Located in the chic Poblenou district, this unconventional museum has an entire exhibition featuring original artwork by the legendary street artist.

Explore the heartbeat of Spain with Flamenco, sights and tapas

Get lost in Spanish tradition and Catalan Gothic architecture on a guided tour of Barcelona's old town, El Born. During this tour, you can admire Santa Maria del Mar and learn about Catalonia's history at the Centre Cultural del Born. Afterwards, you'll dance the day away at a flamenco show hosted at Dalmases Palace, a 17th-century Baroque building originally built for aristocrats and scholars. By night, you'll hit the streets with a mini food-hopping adventure. Start with a drink at one of the local hot spots and then get a taster of mini snacks known as Pintxos, which use traditional ingredients like cured ham, chorizo, olives, and local cheeses. To end the evening, it's off to La Barceloneta, one of the city’s waterfront neighbourhoods, for fresh seafood tapas.
