About the villa

The villas at Southern Dunes Excel are a great base for ticking off Florida’s theme parks. You’re just 22 miles away from the Walt Disney World Resort, and there’s a handful of bars and restaurants nearby.

These three, four and five-bedroom villas feature fully fitted kitchens, plus open-plan lounge and dining areas. Out the back, you’ve got your own pool with a patio and sunbeds.

The nearby golf course* is ranked among Florida’s best, and can prove to be a challenge for even the most seasoned golfers. There’s also a tennis court onsite, plus a playground for little ones.

Just so you know, there's a non-refundable security deposit of $75 you'll have to pay when staying here.

Car hire recommended – we are now giving you the option to choose your transport arrangements for your Florida Villa holiday. The per person price you see now is based on ‘no transfer’. You have the option to select your transport arrangements on the customise holiday page, this will allow you to select a fully inclusive car at a supplement, or you are able to select the gold car hire package at a further supplement. Little things but still good

Good part. House was good over all . The beds where very comfortable and pool was nice and heated like they said . Owners are great and respond fast . Bad part So we got to the house at4 to check in we where very tired from are flight only to find the cleaning lady still there, we where told to come back in 10 min needless to say we never got in till 5pm. Other than that everything was very good.

loved the house 3 bedroom nice living room and kitchen downstairs, screened in pool, great view of the golf course, on a fairway. well furnished, only thing the beds are need to be upgraded. but would consider staying there again.

The villa was exceptionally clean. I mean pristine! Anika was very responsive via email and phone. She took care of all of our requests and answered all of our queries quickly. The neighborhood is very, very nice. It’s quiet and relaxing. We could see the golf course directly from the sitting room and pool. The villa has everything that you need. I mean everything! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We felt at home and very relaxed. A dollar tree and Walmart is within walking distance from the villa which was an added bonus. We had a lovely vacation stay!
