We have an extensive range of accessible hotels, apartments and villas in a variety of wheelchair accessible resorts.
Our teams will be able to provide information on the accessible vehicles available at your chosen destination, and can book these as part of your holiday. We offer four types of accessible vehicle, but they won’t all be available at every destination.
Our teams will help with bags, checking in, getting through the security area, boarding the aircraft and hiring wheelchairs.

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Welfare team are on hand to help you find the holiday that’s right for you, answer your queries, provide general advice, and help you feel at ease about travelling. If you need an adapted room – with a walk-in shower, or wider doors for your wheelchair, for example – please give our Customer Welfare Team a call before you book. We can then check if the hotel you’re interested in has any suitable rooms.
