If your flying with virgin or booked a compete holiday with them to Orlando Florida, and they are sorting your villa out for you prior to your holiday and you see….. home beds are your villa then be very careful!! We flew out this June just gone….. holiday and Florida it’s self was and is amazing as always however the villa 🤢🤢🤢 was disgusting and very disappointing considering we nearly paid just sort of £20,000 we did contact them while we were there with numerous problems including tvs not working in any room this is not a joke!! The pool was absolutely filthy like disgusting dirty!! Toilet wasn’t even screwed down to the floor meaning when you got onit it tipped over 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ back door to the villa were the pool is didn’t even lock that was also broke, we had a my three old daughter there and this was a nightmare in the making as we hardly could sleep due to thinking if she woke up and took her self to the pool….. dirty pots on arrival, rotten kitchen cupboards, broken hoover so we couldn’t hover up after our selfs, not one cloth’s hose to dry our stuff after they had been washed no WiFi as that was also down/broken the fridge shelf’s was also snapped so you couldn’t put your milk drinks ect in there as they would just fall straight down and smash, holes in our sun net thing that covers the pool so nearly every morning i was pulling dead lizards and frogs out of the pool, not one bit of this is a lie!! The gutters wasn’t even connected to the villa so when it rained it flooded again 👀 ermm….. what else as the were loads of problems! Oh we also had a flood in the actual villa its self due to the air conditioning unit building up which wasn’t caused by us, literally flooded the place!! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ wires handing out the walls ceilings with these big box thing inside them, in the games room the snooker table was on these cardboard thins to make it level. Still wasn’t balls was just rolling all over the place!! Sorry to sound dramatic but this was so frustrating and sad after everything I worked for! I mean the sink even had stains all over like it hadn’t been cleaned prior to us coming!! On reporting these numerous problems home beds them self asked us to stay in the villa till they can get out sort the issues at hand however we had already wasted two of our 14 night stay in Orlando because we waited in for them non of the problems was sorted and we was just left in poo. I made a complaint when we got home to England as we wasn’t prepared to stay in anymore as we’ve brought Disney and universal 14 days tickets which them selfs cost a bomb!! So we decided just to complain when we got home as all the problems was ruining the holiday and we wasn’t going to waste anymore of our time waiting in for incompetence people to sort the issue! However since being back in the uk I have made the complaints to virgin and they basically said they ain’t doing nothing about it as the villa was still ok 🤨 I did also send all the evidence which I have including photos and videos. Long story short they offered 5 adults a measly £100 each £500 in total! An absolute disgrace of an offer considering what we went through! I’m going to take virgin for everything I possibly can! I worked two jobs for more than a year a half for the holiday…… which should have been perfect yet wasn’t, it was actually far from that! Virgin on their email back to me was basically….. the villa was still a benefit as we could still use set things!! SHOCKING!! A benefit…… that we paid thousands for, that ain’t a benefit that should be the bear minimum!! everything should be top notch! With what you’re charging people!! A once in a lifetime holiday ruined single handle by virgin and home beds!! So yea that’s where I’m at, at the minute The address was 246 bonville drive Davenport Orlando Florida Virgin said they ain’t moving on their offer as they feel it’s worthy for what we’ve complained about!! If any one else could help me take this further or to other people that would assist me then I’d appreciate it! Many thanks I know I sound petty but am I really?! After paying what I have for this holiday 🤔

This is our 4th stay in a villa in Florida and by far the worst experience. We stayed at 153 Gleneagles Drive. The villa itself is very spacious. Really good size for our family of 8. The pool is also a nice size too. Now for the negatives… COCKROACHES!!! When we arrived, we were greeted by lots of cockroaches running around the ground floor. We were forever killing cockroaches on our stay. They sent out pest control who sprayed around and this worked for maybe 2 days and then they were back. Clearly there is an underlying problem here which needs to be sorted! We have never had cockroaches in any of our other villas before. CLEANLINESS!!! This villa seriously needs a deep clean. The skirting boards are all disgustingly dirty. And I mean they probably haven’t been cleaned for a good 6 months at least. The kitchen cupboards inside were dirty (including cockroaches!!) The toilets had black around the under rim. The doors were dirty. The sliding doors were dirty and were letting ants in. Dust everywhere. SUNLOUNGERS!!! The cushions were all mouldy. In need of a deep clean! LEAKING GARAGE ROOF!! The ceiling inside the garage would leak with heavy rain causing the ceiling to drop on the inside. They sent someone out and said there is no problem. COLD WATER TAP!!! Bathroom tap upstairs doesn’t work. NO HOOVER OR CLOTHES RACK!! In every other villa we have stayed in, there has always been a hoover and clothes rack which we would use every few days. We only had a broom which was useless. We are very disappointed overall which is such a shame as it has great potential to be a lovely villa but the dirt, cockroaches and lack of necessities really let it down.

Have stayed in these villas twice now through Virgin and Tui and have loved it. Don’t be put off by location to the parks, this has been the best location for us each time. Avoid the I-4 where possible, it is queued all day everyday, either go the back road and come out at Harley Davidson or go 192, takes maximum 30 minutes to parks. Excellent proximity to restaurant on both 192 and Champions Gate. Clean villa, amazing pool and golf course which my Dad plays. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here on our next trip!
