About the villa

It’s approximately 15 miles to Walt Disney World Resort, with Universal Orlando Resort around 30 miles from door to door. You've got supermarkets, bars and restaurants within easy driving distance, too.

The Orange Tree offers 3, 4, 5 or 6-bedroom villas, so its a perfect pick for big parties. Each villa comes with a private pool, as well as a well-equipped kitchen for making your own meals.

Each room booking must include a guest aged 21 or above.

Car hire recommended – we are now giving you the option to choose your transport arrangements for your Florida Villa holiday. The per person price you see now is based on ‘no transfer’. You have the option to select your transport arrangements on the customise holiday page, this will allow you to select a fully inclusive car at a supplement, or you are able to select the gold car hire package at a further supplement. Alternatively, you can make your own arrangements and retain the 'no transfer' option. Please note, we recommend you hire a car for this holiday.

Not worth the money and dirty!!

Proximity to the parks was good and the house was spacious with several bathrooms to accommodate the 5 of us but the house was dirty and everything was outdated or poor quality. Hair was found in the fridge, woven into the hand towels and just in general dirty throughout the house. They had little cards taped to the walls telling you different things like "dont lean back on bar stools because the backs of the stools aren't stable", you couldn't touch the coffee table because it just wobbled back and forth and bugs at the sink in the kitchen was a constant problem. Be prepared to bring EVERYTHING as they left us literally with nothing. After travelling a fair distance we had to do a full on grocery shop. No spices in the kitchen, no paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod, not enough laundry detergent to do 1 load and if you're ok with 1 ply toilet paper then you're good there. Also they do not include heat with the pool. I did contact the property manager about these issues but I never got a reply. Thank goodness we were really busy with the parks and didn't spend a lot of time at the house. For our second week we rented a home through "Jeffrey Homes" and it was awesome. Totally recommend!!

Very uncomfortable!!

Be warned, this villa is nice but very, very uncomfortable. AC is set very high, and behind a lock box meaning the nights have been long and sweaty. Even in October, when the temperature is cooler, the second and third bedrooms are red hot. Beds are old, noisey and like laying on a bed of bricks. The villa it's self could do with a bit of renewal, bathrooms could use a bit of paint as there are marks all over the walls.

My family have stayed in many villas on the south H27 over the past 27 years and this villa has to be my absolute favourite,the disney theme parks are literally 15 mins away and when you come back after a lovely long tiring day in the parks it was so nice to come back to a lovely clean home where the beds were so comfortable which to me is very important and the sun aspect was fantastic,The owners Colin and Erica mill were so nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble they were so responsive to any questions i had to them via email.we are so looking forward to staying here again.To anyone who is searching for a villa look no further!you have found it.Thank you Colin and Erica for the kind hospitality you showed to my family and I for the 3 weeks,see you again very soon.The Walsh family.

Vacation...

It was an excellent place for my family and I....Hope to do it all over again. The place was clean and was just right for us. Nice neighborhood with a walking distance park. Close to shopping mall and only 15 minutes away from Disney...

Pleasant but a bit of a trek to the parks

Just back from two weeks in Orlando April 2014. Stopped at a Virgin Villa (AOA) Allocated on arrival. We were given Magnolia Avenue on Orange Tree, State Road 27, West of Disney. 5 beds, 3 baths, Games room, Pool. Large enough for two families totalling 9 people. Villa was great, location from parks poor, tidy and clean, well presented. Draw back was it took an between 40 minutes and 1 hour to get to the parks, advertised as 20-30 minutes away. There were roads works on US 27 and US 192 which you had to use to get to Disney. Over 1 hour to Universal.
