About the villa

You’ll find the villa in a quiet hillside setting, just five minutes’ drive from bustling Hisaronu. If it’s beaches you’re after, it’s another 10 minutes into Olu Deniz, which is home to the famous Blue Lagoon.

On the outside, this place resembles a whitewashed Greco-Roman villa. Inside, things are lot more modern with an open-plan kitchen-diner-lounge. Plus, all three bedrooms come with an en suite.

A good-sized private pool's set into a tiled terrace, which looks out towards the surrounding mountains. There are loungers and parasols, as well, for when you’re not having a paddle.

We are now giving you the option to choose your transport arrangements for your holiday. The per person price you see now is based on 'no transfer'. You have the option to select your transport arrangements on the customise holiday page, or alternatively, you can make your own arrangements and keep the 'no transfer' option. This is by far the worst hotel we have stayed at and we do go away every year. We either go away in August or October. We stayed at Orkaworld last week of October into the first week of November 2024. I’ll start with the pros: - staff : most are helpful and friendly. Shout out to manager Acer(probably got the name wrong), short baldish guy. He was very helpful and tried to resolve issues when we raised them and also to the kids club lady(Merve, I think) - food: I’ll give it to them, food was quite nice imo and decent varieties. - charging points : decent amount in rooms and around - entertainment: this was fairly okay. The live band was nice. I enjoyed bingo night, enjoyed the entertainment put on for the kids. - spa : this was fantastic, the ladies and service was very nice. - Shuttle bus to beach: the hotel provided a bus to the beach Cons: - cleanliness: this is appalling. As you’ll see from pictures, attention to details is poor. The bedsheet in couple of the rooms had stains, the bathroom/toilet was disgusting and really could do with immediate upgrade. - pool : it was very cold that we couldn’t use it. In one of the pool(indoor), the ladder had broken with sharp edges hanging out. - Aqua park: at the time of booking, at no point was it stated that the park wouldn’t be opened. It was one of the selling points for us. It was a let down to find out that wasn’t going to be available. - wifi: this wasn’t consistent. It was frustrating at times and ended up using mobile data and racked up extra charges there. - kids activities: as it was end of season, there wasn’t really much for kids to do. Couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold. Kids club was running but wasn’t consistent. Some days it was shut without notice but shout out to Merve(think that’s her name). The day my kids did attend, they had fun and she seems good with the kids. - Animals: personally, I’m not a cat lover. There were a few cats about and even inside the dining hall with some attempting to climb on people while eating. Overall, we personally wouldn’t go back as the cons outweigh the pros and the things we hold highly and dear, were a big let down by the hotel.

An amazing stay at Orka

We had an amazing stay at Orka World Hotel between the 28th October 2024 and the 3rd November. Special compliments to the moustache guy (mini disco maestro and darts guy) and the other female mini disco maestro (With both of them i loved our little bollywood bonding session!) as well as the creppe lady for making delicious creppes every day, and the main entertainer Ankut. Thank you everyone for making our stay very enjoyable!

Absolutely amazing

Very good hotel, staff were absolutely lovely and made sure you were feeling good at all times. Food was amazing and available throughout the day so never went hungry. The entertainment at night made the whole day feel complete with kids entertainment as well as live music for all and keeping everyone involved. Here there is something for everyone wether you go as a family or alone with friends.

What an amazing hotel and the staff are amazing and absolutely lovely, so friendly and happy to help wherever needed. The entertainment was amazing. The main entertainer is brilliant. He's so good with all the kids young and older kids. Couldn't recommended this hotel anymore. The food is also amazing, always something for everyone. We are a family of four and will definitely be back next year. Faultless, best holiday for the whole family.

Family break for October holidays

During our 10 night stay we were located away from the main hotel building in a Superior room close to the pool bar, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel grounds are spotless with gardeners working on the the grounds daily. The pools and the surrounding areas were kept clean by the staff throughout each day. The Hotel is in a great location with easy access to Fethiye (6km) and Ölüdeniz (4km). The public bus service is brilliant with a bus passing the front of the hotel every 10 minutes or there is a taxi rank not far from the Hotel entrance the taxi costs are very reasonable. The food was great with a good varied selection at each meal time, drinks were ok, the local beer Effes is decent enough. Special shout out to the Lady making the pancakes each day at the pool bar they were brilliant and my son loved them, she was great with the kids. The entertainment for the kids was good and the entertainment staff were superb with the kids, nothing was too much hassle for them. The onsite Spa was excellent, very well priced and the staff super friendly. They even let us shower there on our last day with a late departure it was great to be able to get a shower prior to leaving for the airport. Overall a very enjoyable experience in a beautiful part of Turkey. We would stay here again in the future without doubt.
