    About the villa

    The Acquaterra Villas have bagged a top spot. They're set on the side of a mountain, with first-class views over the Ionian Sea and away from the hustle and bustle. However, the tavernas and mini-market in the local village of Tsoukalades are just a 15-minute stroll away, while Lefkada's coastal capital, Lefkada Town, is only 15 minutes away by car.

    This set of five villas score just as highly for looks as location. They're as modern as they come, but the exposed brickwork and traditional stones give them a rustic feel, which is topped off by warming ivory-coloured walls.

    There's plenty of substance to match the style, too. Each villa comes with its own private infinity pool, a hot tub and a barbecue, plus outdoor and indoor dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room.

    Family Villa with great views

    A wonderful holiday villa with incredible views including the sunset from the pool. Handy location for the nearest village with friendly coffee shop, pharmacy, mini market and excellent restaurant. Friendly and excellent housekeeping daily. Maria our hostess was super helpful arranging excellent trips and offering help if needed. Lefkada is beautiful and this is certainly a holiday to remember...until next time.

    Great Villa, thoughtfully designed, thoroughly cleaned daily and with more personality than the average rental Villa. Easy enough to walk into the local village for groceries or an evening meal, but the short drive down to Agios Nikitas will give you better options. The villa rises up the hillside and has a lot of internal and external steps which adds to the character. Small kitchen, but it leads to the outside dining table and built in BBQ area which is ideal in summer. Friendly and professional owner just a phone call away. We stayed 5 nights at the end of June 2022 and loved it.

    Fantastic stay at Acquaterra Villas. Warm welcome by George, very comfortable villa, great pool and terrific views. Every day cleaning of pool and house by the super staff make this feel like a real holiday. Very nice restaurants close by and a lot of (water) acitivities on the island. We had a fantastic time at Acquaterra villas!

    This villa has a very good location on a hill with amazing view of the sea. The owner Giorgios was welcoming and generous bringing us olive oil and wine. The villa was beautiful, very comfortable and very, very clean (every day was cleaned by Ana. Thank you Ana!). Monica was very friendly and give us information about places to visit, good beaches, the best olive oil and honey in Lefkada.

    We stayed here for five nights. So peaceful and quite, and the pool area was amazing, we didn’t want to leave. Easy to navigate the area and some great beaches are really close. There are some great restaurants really close. Will definitely be going back
