Can I book a group holiday if I don't know the names of everyone who's coming yet?
Yes - you'll need to give the name of the lead passenger when you book.
You can then email the other names to us at CoventryGroups@tui.co.uk up to 12 weeks before you're due to go.
That said, if you're staying in a Disney or Fiesta hotel, we'll need to know all the names when you make the booking.
