About the villa
Because of its hillside spot, the Denys Villa keeps watch over the Mediterranean Sea and the neighbouring island of Zante. If you fancy venturing further afield, take a ten-minute drive to Skala.
The pool is the best viewpoint. A terrace speckled with sunloungers wraps around its edge, and a wooden pergola, barbecue and dining table sit off to the side.
Cushy blue sofas and framed pictures give the Denys Villa a homely feel. The kitchen, meanwhile, looks showroom-fresh, and you can dig in to dinner in the pool-view dining room or on the terrace.
We are now giving you the option to choose your transport arrangements for your holiday. The per person price you see now is based on 'no transfer'. You have the option to select your transport arrangements on the customise holiday page, or alternatively, you can make your own arrangements and keep the 'no transfer' option. Please note, we recommend you hire a car for this holiday.

Villa facilities
Lounge and dining area
On the ground floor it's an open plan set up. The kitchen, dining area and lounge all lead off from each other, so it's light, airy and spacious with a couple of patio doors too.

It's a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to dine in.
3 twin bedrooms
There are 2 twin bedrooms on the upper floor, each with their own ensuite shower room and air-conditioning. The third twin bedroom is on the ground floor.
Separate bathroom
On the ground floor there is a separate shower room.
Outside terrace
Outside there is a place to barbecue and to dine al fresco.

The outdoor pool comes with views of the sea. Its set in a wide terrace with a covered area providing a shady spot to sit and enjoy the vista.
