About the villa
Villa Nicoletta might be fashioned from pretty stone walls and arched windows, but its polished kitchen and smart mountain-view pool are all modern. The hilltop hamlet of Prina is less than a five-minute drive away from Villa Nicoletta, where whitewashed houses and old-world tavernas live life in the slow lane.
A petite pool sits behind the villa, cocooned by a tiled sun terrace fitted out with sunloungers and parasols. Aim your car towards the coast, and it’ll take you 15 minutes to hit Istron’s pristine sandy beach.
Villa Nicoletta is open-plan downstairs, with a good-sized kitchen and dining area flanked by stone walls sat to the side. There’s a portable barbecue on hand, too – you’ll find it by the pool. Just a 15-minute drive away is Kalo Chorio, a sleepy little village known for its morning markets, where stalls are stacked with rounds of cheese and pyramids of fruit.
