Best time to go to France
As you might expect from the UK’s nearby neighbour, the weather’s broadly similar to back home, so expect temperatures to sit around the high 20s in July and August, especially in the South of France. The mercury tends to drop slightly in September, then October through to March are the cooler months, where the nights draw in and the Christmas markets illuminate the major towns and cities. The weather gets milder from April to June, as the flowers start to blossom and the outdoor cafés begin to fill up again.
