Hotel Andrea is the best place to stay in Tuĉepi

Travelling the world, not often you find a welcome as we did at Villa Andrea.
We arrived in the evening and Marela was waiting outside to welcome us and helped us take our luggage all the way to our room.
Our room was spacious, very clean and well appointed with kettle, tea and coffee.
Biljana was very helpful with organising my hair, pedicare and facial appointments as well as our transport to and from Split. She also organised bookings for us at excellent local restaurants.
The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet part of Tuĉepi with chairs available on the lovely beach.
The hotel is run with passion and respect which is very important when you are travelling.
Both Marela and Biljana are a credit to the hotel. Their help ensured we had a wonderful time in Tuĉepi.
Did we manage to find the perfect vacation spot?

The answer is a big, fat YES! Let me explain.
In a sea of daily frustrations that surround us, the last thing we want is to experience more of them during a vacation we’ve worked hard for all year. Unfortunately, that’s exactly how it often turns out — we come back even more stressed out, worn down by those “tiny big things” that didn’t work, and end up feeling more tired than before we left.
With great joy I can say: Villa Andrea is the complete opposite of that — and it comes remarkably close to hospitality perfection. This is how it should be everywhere! From spotless cleanliness, a beautiful and peaceful location, heavenly sea, beach, and views, to private parking that’s always available and literally one minute’s walk from the villa (you can see your parked car while you’re swimming!), and an overall atmosphere that just feels right. And most importantly: the lovely staff who are there to make sure your stay is as pleasant and relaxing as possible — with just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism that makes you feel like family.
Two people who deserve the most credit are the absolutely wonderful Biljana and Marela, who are there for everything, and who will always brighten your day with their warm smiles. They're not just “front desk faces” — they run the whole system behind the scenes to make sure your holiday is perfect. From the moment you step into Villa Andrea, it’s clear — you’re in the right place.
There’s also a fantastic group of cheerful ladies in charge of keeping your room in pristine condition — and believe me when I say: everything is so clean and perfectly maintained, every single day, down to the smallest detail. It’s impossible for anything to be missing or out of place. The entire villa is constantly air-conditioned, the in-room A/C works perfectly and adjusts to your preferences, and the free Wi-Fi is solid (a stable 100/50 Mbps), reaching all the way down to the beach — and even a bit beyond. You’re fully covered.
You can even pre-book your sun loungers — Biljana and Marela will help you pick your spot right on the beach in front of the villa. The price is €10 per day, and the loungers are seriously comfortable, with a mesh design — none of those hard plastic ones (if you know, you know). :) You also get clean beach towels every day — and while some might say “so what?”, trust me: the comfort of not worrying about your own towel getting sandy or dirty is one of those little luxuries you don’t appreciate until you’ve had it.
In short — you get the full hotel experience wrapped in a humble, family-run villa. And the best part? It all runs smoother than in many of the priciest hotels out there.
As for the room — we stayed in one without a balcony, but we still had a tall window with a partial sea view. The rooms with balconies face the open sea, and we believe that’s a truly special experience (next time we’re definitely booking one — and you should too if you can!). Our room was perfectly adequate — the bathroom was well laid out, not cramped at all, and everything was right where it should be — including all the small hygiene items (yes, all of them), plus a separate mirror for shaving/makeup. The bed was comfy, the mattress on the softer side, and there were more than enough pillows. And the most important thing (I know many of you will agree): plenty of mirrors! One in the bathroom, another large one above the desk, and one more in the hallway. There's also a small fridge — enough to fit two or three 1.5L bottles of water or juice, plus some snacks or extras.
This side of Tučepi is super quiet, and at night it’s absolutely silent — we slept so well. The main road is far enough that you don’t hear a thing. It’s perfect for couples looking for peace and intimacy, but we also saw families enjoying their stay just as much. If you're looking for action, you’re only about a 15-minute walk from the busy part of Tučepi — with cafés, restaurants, live music, and everything else — but none of that reaches the villa when you want peace and quiet. It’s the perfect balance.
Villa Andrea also includes the fantastic Ruzmarin restaurant, responsible for a rich breakfast buffet every morning (nothing was missing and everything — food and drinks — was top-notch), and also for a delicious all-day menu of meals that are, given the world we live in, very reasonably priced. On top of that, the restaurant staff are always smiling and right there when you need them. From your first morning coffee to a glass of wine with dinner — everything is exactly how you hoped it would be when you chose to visit beautiful Tučepi.
I think this enthusiastic review — and the fact I actually sat down to write all of this — says a lot about how much my wife and I loved our stay at Villa Andrea. And if all of this still isn’t enough to convince you to book your next holiday here, here’s one last thing: the moment we got home, we booked our room for next year. That says it all. :)
Peaceful excellent beach front location

We were really at home here in this excellently located and managed small hotel. Marella and Biljana were excellent in their management of Villa Andrea - they thought of everything and kept the place so clean and welcoming. We needed a ground floor room and knew we wouldn’t get a view but when you are asleep you just need peace which is what we had. The beach is on your doorstep and there is a flat walk to each end of the beach.
