Top All Inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean

Craving an All Inclusive escape to a Caribbean Sea coastline? You’ve come to the right place.
When it comes to narrowing down the top All Inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, you’re spoilt for choice in this part of the world. From the luxury properties along Mexico’s glittering Riviera Maya to the beachfront resorts of the Dominican Republic, the hotels here certainly don’t make it easy to whittle things down.

As well as All Inclusive dining scenes that promise something different to eat every night of the week, these All Inclusive properties are next-level when it comes to pools, activities and extras – think slide-packed waterparks, supersized casinos and serene spas.

We’ve cherry-picked a list of hotels that should be on your radar if you’re planning an All Inclusive escape. The tricky bit might be picking your favourite…

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Mexico

As the name suggests, this All Inclusive hotel has clinched a prime location on Mexico’s Riviera Maya – with a private beachfront spot to make the most of its Caribbean Sea views. You’ll find six pools just steps from the sand, including one where you can swim up to the bar or get drinks delivered straight to your sunlounger. The hotel has its very own waterpark, too, plus a pool all set up for kids and one that’s just for grown-ups staying in the adult only section.

Elsewhere, the All Inclusive dining set-up goes all-out to impress. Take your pick from an international buffet restaurant, a steak house, a pizza place, a Mexican diner and a Japanese teppanyaki spot – and plenty more besides. Things are just as varied when it comes to activities, so you can be the lead singer in a rock band at Music LAB one day, go snorkelling or paddleboarding the next, and pay a deposit to borrow a Fender guitar and have it delivered to your room.

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Mexico

Another hotel in Mexico that needs to be on your All Inclusive shortlist, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun really goes to town when it comes to A-list treatment. Sink into the giant infinity pool, for example, and you can order cocktails – served in pineapples, naturally – to sip while overlooking the sea at one of two swim-up bars. Or, pad down to the beach – it’s a matter of metres from the pool – and get waiter service straight to your daybed lounger.

Live music and foam parties set the pace here, so there’s quite literally never a dull moment. And there’s a long list of music-themed activities including things like making your own music video, learning to DJ and forming your own rock band, as well as West End-style evening shows in the amphitheatre. Still got energy to burn? This place is only a 10-minute taxi ride away from places like Coco Bongo, so you can keep the party going all night if you want to.

It all looks out towards a long stretch of beach on the doorstep, and all the rooms face out towards the ocean.

Activities-wise, there’s a hotel-run kids’ club and a games lounge for teens, as well as entertainment like live music and theatre shows.
