    About the villa

    These villas are bright and modern, with private pools and enclosed terraces, so you have plenty of space to chill. They're all set out on the ground floor, and they each have at least three bathrooms.

    Location-wise, you're plotted pretty close to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. The distance varies slightly from villa to villa, but you'll be about 10 to 20 minutes' drive from the theme parks.

    When you stay here, you get a TUI tote bag filled with snacks, drinks and water bottles – these are super handy for busy Orlando days.

    Just so you know, there's a non-refundable security deposit of $75 you'll have to pay when staying here – it is requested to be paid 7 days, in advance, of your arrival.

    Each accommodation on the booking must include a guest aged 21 or above.

    Each accommodation is individually owned, so interior decor and layout may vary from the images shown.

    Car hire recommended – we are now giving you the option to choose your transport arrangements for your Florida Villa holiday. The per person price you see now is based on ‘no transfer’. You have the option to select your transport arrangements on the customise holiday page, this will allow you to select a fully inclusive car at a supplement, or you are able to select the gold car hire package at a further supplement. Alternatively, you can make your own arrangements and retain the 'no transfer' option. Please note, we recommend you hire a car for this holiday.

    Just so you know, you will be allocated a villa in either Clermont, Davenport, Haines City or Kissimmee.

    • Flights are to Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) or Orlando International Airport (MCO), except between the end of November and mid-March when flights are only to MCO.
