And the winners are…
We’ve got some incredible hotels on our books. And our annual TUI Global Hotel Awards is our chance to celebrate the best of the best based on feedback from over 20 million customers. To whittle down this year’s winners across a range of categories, we carefully evaluated all our guest’s feedback from every TUI hotel around the world to measure its service and quality. The hotels that received outstandingly high satisfaction scores were crowned at our awards ceremony in Berlin. Drumroll please…

TUI Care Foundation Award – Metaxa Hospitality Group
This award celebrates the important role hospitality groups play in supporting projects on the ground. It acknowledges their commitment to raising awareness of the TUI Care Foundation initiatives and their support for local communities and the environment.
Lifetime Achievement Award – Carmen Riu Güell
This award pays tribute to an individual who has made a positive impact on our industry. Whether through innovative products, enhanced guest experiences, community engagement, technological advancements or advocacy for positive industry change. This award honours an individual who has set the standard for excellence in our industry.
