This apartment hotel is located in the charming village of Oia, just some 50 m from the bus stop and about 100 m from the nearest shops. The scenic settlement of Oia is situated on the face of the north-western cliffs of Santorini, above the famous Caldera and opposite the volcano. Imerovigli is roughly 7 km away and it is some 10 km to Fira and the tourist centre. Kamari Beach is around 15 km away and it is approximately 20 km to Santorini Airport. This elegant, multi-level apartment hotel was built in the traditional Santorinian architectural style with a modern feel and comprises a total of 32 units. In addition to a lobby area with a reception desk, facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a TV lounge. Guests can enjoy a drink at the outdoor cafe or bar/pool bar. They will also appreciate the Internet access. The accommodation is elegantly designed and well-furnished. All apartments and studios come with an en suite bathroom and a hairdryer and have a seating area. They are equipped with a telephone, satellite TV and a radio. They have a kitchen with a fridge, utensils, air conditioning, central heating and a balcony or a veranda with a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea, the volcano and the sunset. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool with its poolside snack bar.

Beautiful location, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, very attentive and kind staff, close to the heart of Oia. I would definitely go back - most relaxing place ever!

We are sitting in the lobby waiting for a taxi to the airport and wanted to make sure we wrote this review very quickly. Our stay here has been absolutely amazing! Our two room villa was beautiful with amazing views. The staff, particularly Dimitris, were so friendly and helpful. Dimitris helped plan our days, which were fabulous. All four of us would stay here again. Highly recommend Niko’s Villas.

Wonderful stay

Fantastic location, waking up each morning to sunrise over the water and in October we also benefited from seeing the famous sunset across Oia from our terrace. The property is a short walk from the main centre oc Oia which is ideal for avoiding the crowds. Our villa was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The staff are great, friendly and helpful.

This was one of the most gorgeous, well-designed hotels ever. The view was next to none, amd we felt luke we were literally on top of the world. First class service and a memorable experience that's unforgettable. We loved the outdoor area with the entire view of oia and the sea....the most dazzling sunsets!!!

Beautiful views from the villas and a great place to sit and watch the sunset. Even though we went in August, there were always sunloungers and tables available by the pool. The eighties music on repeat was a bit too much at times though and we wished it had been peppered with some up to date music and a bit of traditional Greek music. House keeping staff superb. Very clean and well kept apartments. Comfy beds and pillows too with robes, slippers and towels provided.toiletries are top quality and smelt like spa products. Pool is perfect and again, despite the height of the season, never got too busy. Bar staff serve drinks to you, but beware of ordering too many as it can all add up to quite a hefty bill at checkout. Reasonably priced supermarket just across the road and a bus stop right outside to visit Fira for 2 euros per person. Worth doing! Staff there always checked you were ok and had all you needed and the villa owner was very enthusiastic and helpful at all times. Relaxing and it felt luxurious and very special there. We loved it!
