Nestled on the edge of Oia, this newly built villa complex offers the perfect blend of traditional Cycladic architecture and modern luxury. Each villa boasts a private pool and veranda, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. This complex is an excellent base for exploring the area, with convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and wheelchair accessibility. The front desk is available from 8:00 a. m. to 10:00 p. m. Pets are welcome, including large breeds. Check-out time is [insert time].

Santorini has its own style of architecture, which allows its spectacular scenery to take centre stage. So, hotel balustrades might be lower than you'd expect to see back home. Absolutely amazing stay in Santorini! The property is stunning, spotless, and the views are breathtaking. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making everything effortless. Perfect location, perfect stay – I highly recommend it!

Tranquil Retreat with Stunning Views and Wonderful Service in Oia

We arrived at the airport and were warmly welcomed by Francesco, who took us to Katharos Villas. Having visited Santorini twice before, we specifically sought a place offering stunning sunset views and easy access to the center of Oia—and we found both! Our villa was conveniently located right next door to our dear friends, making it perfect for our group. The villa itself was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and both Francesco and Alessandro went above and beyond to meet all our needs. The peaceful location, combined with our private pool, made for a truly relaxing stay. Our stay included a light breakfast, coffee, bottled water in the fridge, laundry service, and round-trip transport from the airport/port. We were also offered transportation into Oia (with a bottle of their own Italian wine), and they highly recommended a private catamaran tour of the island, which we absolutely loved! The location at the top of Ammoudi Bay was ideal, with a few charming waterfront dining options just a short walk/drive (provided for free from the waterfront restaurants) away. If you’re looking for a peaceful, intimate getaway, I highly recommend Katharos Villas.

I visited here with my family soon after the season opened on the island. I booked direct via their website to take advantage of the private airport transfer and daily breakfast included. I loved the accommodation, the position of the villas is down the hill from the main town so it was really quiet after dark. Rooms are lovely, comfy beds, plenty of wardrobe space, lots of information available on things to do and places to eat. Breakfast each day was plentiful and lovely, a great choice to be had and reserved ahead of eating the next day. Friendly staff and our hosts arranged a reservation in the marina for lunch and had a wonderful time and lovely food. We stayed in the villa in the main photo so had a lovely view of the sunset every evening. A lovely view of the far side of the main island and the tiny islands off the coast while in the swimming pool was a lovely thing. I would recommend a hire car (compact) unless you have a need to walk up the hill to the main town - a good 15-20 minutes. You can visit the marina walking down the hill and there is a third party free minibus service which drops you at the villas. If you need an escape from the hustle bustle of daily life then I would recommend without hesitation

The villas are exceptional, and Alex and Francesco provided outstanding hospitality. The location is ideal, offering convenient walking access to Oia village while maintaining a peaceful distance from tourist congestion. The villa is well-appointed, impeccably clean, and comfortably accommodates a family of four to five. The private pool and sun loungers enhanced the experience, particularly for children.

Amazing time. Alex and his crew were amazing and highly accommodating. It is a family run business. I’m glad to have given them business and will most definitely return. The villas come with kitchen and large upper and lower bedrooms. The bathrooms were specious. I recommend obtaining a car and driving around Santorini’s beach’s and beach clubs for sun set. The area is walkable, but with a car you can get to see so much in a short time span.
