    I'm still waiting for a refund that was promised to me by the hotel. Do not trust this hotel as they have lied right the way through our holiday and when we git back. Its never a 5star it's more like a 3star at best

    This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The scenery is picturesque, the food is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. We stayed in June so not overly busy no issues around sunbeds and pools being crowded and only 10 minutes on a bus into Kos town. Cannot recommend enough!

    Dimitra Beach hotel is an ideally situated modern beachfront hotel in Agios Fokas on the lovely island of Kos. It boasts one of the island's most popular locations with magnificent views of the Aegean Sea.It has crystal waters and marvellous gardens in its 40 acre estate.It offers a pleasant and comfortable stay in a friendly atmosphere offering a peaceful environment located in a perfect spot .All staff are friendly and do a very good job of looking after you,food is very good where ever you eat

    Dimitra beach hotel has the most beautiful view overlooking the sea so the location is stunning. The hotel is spread out so you have 3 pools at different locations with different bars and snacks areas during the day and some turn into bookable restaurants at night. But you have a main buffet restaurant in the centre of the hotel complex in the main building. There are rooms in the main building and around the rest of the complex pus bungalows which are located right close to the beach. The sea is beautiful but pebbley with beds and brollies for you to use which you occasionally have a drinks service free of charge from the hotel. Very nice touch I thought. You can get a bus into kos Town outside the hotel which is easy enough and there are shops and sights in the town. In general I would recommend this beautiful hotel located spectacularly by the sea for a great holiday. The service is good so is the food. Entertainment is OK, the night life is low key as you ard located near the end of the road so not much close by just the neighbouring hotel. I would recommend this hotel. Forgot to mention we saw dolphins one morning while we were sunbathing by the pool lovely sight.

    An amazing 11 night stay at the Dimitra. A warm welcome at reception when we arrived and a nice welcome drink. Delicious and always fresh hot food, themed nights through out the week one a weekly turn over. The staff and service made the holiday, I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality and they were always happy to see you and have a chat. We stayed in a deluxe beach bungalow and it was beautiful, clean spacious and had everything you needed in there. We stayed around the activity pool as the pool bar and the pool below that was actually really dirty. There was a film of scum on top of the water, but the activity pool was really nice and clean. Never had any issues with sun beds, there were always ones available. People do reserve them which is a bit annoying and there really is no need because there are plenty for everyone. Entertainment was really good, usually I hate hotel entertainment because it's so cheesy and they drag you up every 5 minutes, but this wasnt the case at all. It was more adult friendly entertainment, performers who can actually sing and dance and they do a traditional Greek night every Wednesday, which is really good fun!! Lastly the view...say no more. Stunning!!! Gorgeous views over Turkey and the sunsets are just beautiful. This was our first time to Kos and definitely wont be our last. Thank you Dimitra for such a lovely holiday and creating great memories for us c
