Do I need a smartphone to go on holiday?

A smartphone isn’t essential for your holiday, but if you have one, it can make things easier.

With the TUI app, you can:
• Save and access travel documents in your travel wallet
• Store your boarding passes when available
• Contact us while you’re away
• Find useful information about your holiday

If you’re planning to use the app while you travel, we recommend downloading any important documents before you go. You may also want to save copies or print them, so you can access them if you don’t have an internet connection.

Don’t have a smartphone? No problem.
You can still travel as normal. You can access your booking documents through Manage My Booking before you travel and print them if you’d prefer to have paper copies with you.
