Important Mobility Requirements
Please note that TUI River Cruises vessels have specific design limitations:

  • No elevators/lifts are available on our ships, with the exception of the TUI Aria which has a lift between deck's 1-3
  • All decks are connected by staircases only
  • Guests must be able to navigate stairs without assistance
  • The ship design cannot accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, or walkers
