    These spacious studios and apartments have a hillside spot overlooking Puerto de la Cruz. The town’s restaurants, bars and beaches are a 20-minute walk – or 5-minute bus ride – away.

    The Parque Vacacional Eden perches on a hillside above Puerto de la Cruz, wrapped in subtropical gardens. The town and beach are 20-minutes’ walk away, or you can hop on the hotel’s free shuttle bus.

    Studios and apartments are split between two buildings, Esplanade and Luz. Outside, you’ll find three pools and a couple of ocean-view terraces, while indoors there’s a café, a buffet restaurant and a bar.

    We had a great holiday at the Eden hotel it’s a big hotel in nice gardens with 3 pools, restaurant. We arrived late one evening the receptionist told us where our room was and gave us a bit of a map ( it needs a redesign) we had trouble finding it, the map was right I just couldn’t imagine I had to go down this steep hill to get to it. One of the problems I had had a quadruple heart bypass 9 months before lol. The hill was ok the cases killed me. But taking all into account the hotel was lovely staff were nice, evening entertainment was included. Generally a nice place to stay, if you don’t mind hills.

    Lovely hotel in a quiet area of Puerto de la Cruz. About 15 minute walk into the main town, there is a short steep hill but it is manageable! The room was a nice size and well equipped, balcony faced a wall but still got sun in the afternoon, maintained some privacy and kept the room cool! Breakfast was brilliant! Lots of choice - pancakes, fruit, bread, meat, etc. Pool (5th floor) was even better than the pictures, such a suntrap with plenty of sunbeds. Jules (the English TUI rep) was lovely. Very helpful and full of recommendations! All the staff working at the hotel were welcoming. There was always musical entertainment in the evening - live music by the pool on Wednesday nights with extended swimming hours!

    We booked a last minute break through Tui and stayed in a very large apartment on half board. The staff are welcoming and willing to assist and the hotel is bright and clean. It is up a very steep hill from the town but taxis are less than 4€. Anyone with mobility problems may find the hotel difficult to get around. The food was fine and drinks inexpensive. We really enjoyed our stay.

    My wife and I have stayed here before, this time we got a room on top floor and the This was our second time here and this time we were lucky enough to get a top floor room and the views were fantastic the room was a good size as was the bathroom, the room was cleaned regularly, we found plenty to eat at breakfast and there was a good choice. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the town down a steep hill but you get used to it, we did it every day although there is a free shuttle, which goes several times during the day and early evening. you can use if you so wish. It was also nice to see that that swimming pool has been refurbished, especially good to see the steps into the pool had changed as I am disabled and it made it a lot easier for me to get out of the pool. Another enjoyable holiday and we will go back

    2nd visit to this lovely hotel, amazing location with views, very attentive staff, especially Mike the bar manager - you must try his cocktails. Food very good, lots of choice at breakfast, fish bbq. Tennis courts, mini golf, nightly entertainment, pianist.
