Two infinity pools and a first-class sea view are the big draws at this luxury hotel.
A pair of infinity pools steals the show here – both come with a fabulous sea view. Food-wise, there are three places, including a themed restaurant with a flair for Spanish cuisine. Two bars take care of drinks and entertainment.
A lift takes you down to a small beach. Meanwhile, the hotel runs a shuttle service to Playa de Fañabe, as well as the shops, bars and restaurants of Costa Adeje.

Read the reviews and the feed back was pretty good so booked our family holiday here we went half board to give us the choice going out for lunch and mixing it up a little, so we bought some water to keep in our room, I asked for the key to the fridge and they wanted to charge me, wasn't impressed with this, secondly the heat was higher than normal early 30,s so for dinner I wore some casual trouser shorts and was refused in the buffet restaurant even though it was uncomfortably warm but as I'm with the family I didn't want to make a scene, thirdly all drinks morning and night even though were half board they charge me for everything, I've stayed in 5 star hotels before and this is more like 3* trying to get more money out of you while your here, I asked about up grading and they wanted €50 each for my self and wife per day! And €25 each per day for my 2 year old son and 8 year old daughter, I think that is disgusting, I don't even drink aclahol and my wife only has the occasional drink. I would not come back to this hotel again and I would think twice about booking this one. This is only my 2nd day here and have 5 more days to go. More
Honeymoon part 1
We have spent a full week in Roca. First feeling is that the hotel is huge and full of beton, modern style. We had half pension and it is more than enough I would say. The breakfast is excellent with wide range of fruits. Best hotel breakfast we ever had in such complex. Lunch at the swimming pool bar is great as well. Cold buffet or warm. It will cost you about 18 euros per person in half pension. Dinner, rarely the same type, we were enjoying a lot the shrimps, fish and local ham. The dessert, cake were all delicious. Service was great and we always could find a table with sea view. The room, nothing to complain, sea view stunning, all confortable and clean. We noticed that you cleaning ladies comes twice a day... The second time adding chocolate. . We were welcome with champagne a 15min relax massage for free. We have been trying the formula couple massage 30min plus 30min spa, in a closed room. Amazing experience. . The spa is also very complete. We had amazing relax time in and definitely worth a visit. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Staff were very welcoming except one or two guys at the main reception. Maybe a bad day. The long chairs next to warm swimming pool are usually all book by 8am. You can rent the bed close to for minimum 40 euros a day. We have done it and it's a great deal. There is also a black sand beach accessible with a lift. And not crowded at all. We loved it. Overall a very pleasant stay and we recommend it! We wish to come back! More
Honeymoon in August
In a nutshell, we had a wonderful time. the hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel was 20 minutes by private transfer (booked A La Carte with TUI) Albeit, we were on honeymoon with our 7 year old son and had some reservations whether or not this hotel would be suitable for him but my, we were delighted with what the hotel has to offer children. We were upgraded to a junior suite with sea view on the 5th floor on arrival with wine, water, fruit and nuts in the room. Maid service that we had for our room (535) impeccable. Loved the turndown service offered by the hotel in the evenings. The chocolates went down a treat with our son who raced back into the room after the evening entertainment to see how much the maid had left. Regarding the entertainment, we found this to be low key and keeping with the ambience of the hotel. But that said, there was a terrific duo (the beatles v rolling stones) who in my opinion have been one of the best acts that I have seen entertaining guests in a hotel. Facilities for children: the kids club suitable, animation team great and children have their own buffet station in the main restaurant. Whilst we were there, the hotel's mascot Roni had his birthday and all the children were invited to his party in the evening to dance and have some birthday cake. The outdoor heated saltwater pool was a bonus for us and the whirlpool next to this was great for adults. The lower pool we found to be a bit chilly for our taste. We were staying half board and although we had to give our room number and sign a receipt every time we ordered anything from the bar or restaurants, this never bothered us in the slightest. Lovely hotel, great location, staff and service excellent. Cleanliness maintained to a high standard inside and in the hotel grounds. Can't wait to return.More

Excellent relaxing holiday
Booked last minute, therefore had done no research. We were very pleasantly surprised with the standard and cleanliness of the hotel. The saltwater pool was the first pool we have ever got into that did not make you shiver first! The temperature was perfect! The staff appear to be very pressured but always very pleasant. We have just two comments: One is that in the dining area they are too willing to take your plate away. My husband put his cutlery down to have a drink and almost lost his meal. The other comment is when the rooms are cleaned, for a couple of days our room on the 6th floor was not cleaned until after 2.30, then one day they were cleaning it at 9.10. Difficult for a siesta on one hand and a lie in on the other!More
Personally this was not my usual style of holiday but on this occasion it was exactly what we needed because it was a tough year for my wife and I, so we wanted lots of quality time, peace and meditation and got it. The hotel offered great service in all departments: The food from the buffet was amazing and varied. Luxury accommodation with big veranda and superb swimming pools. My only small criticism was that the extras easily mounted up (as we were half board) so we bought water and booze from the supermarket up the road. Tip: buy water initially from the mini bar and then use it as a fridge to stock up. The hotel is sandwiched by two beaches, both easily accessible: the hotel Nivaria beach on the north side is accessible via a secure gate (bring your room card), don’t expect white sand on any of the beaches and it’s a bit pebbly. Visibility was poor unless you swim right out, plus I saw the odd slick. The beach south of the Hotel was the Hard Rock Hotel beach I think: viz a bit better but don’t use the beach at low tide, it’s rocky and a nightmare to walk on. Ware rubber shoes if you have them. You can also enter the sea from a step ladder (visible from the hotel) but the swell is a little tricky. If you want snorkel/beach heaven go to El Puertito bay, it’s about 2 miles south of the hotel. It’s a one horse village with a very good taverna and an excellent beach. Go past the taverna and head for the rocky promontory with a ladder on the south side of the bay for some superb snorkeling. Turtles are known to be there but I didn’t see them, lots of fishes though. Getting there: You can hire mountain bikes (op. the shop), or if you don’t want to break sweat, hire a 3 wheeler E-bike, however it made me very nervous going around corners though. Costs e40 a day (pricey) and looks like a mobility scooter. Or walk there and get a taxi back from the bar. Boat excursions from Los Gigantes - highly recommended! Enjoy!More
