The elongated pool is sheltered by the garden wall on one side, and open to a spacious sunbathing terrace. There are plenty of loungers for everyone, but not over crowded, whilst for the fairer skinned, parasols provide some shade.
There's a bar next to the pool serving drinks throughout the day.

Not what was advertised .
On Arrival At 2.30pm We Were Met With A Shutter Down At Reception And A Woman Out Of An Office Meeting Us With The Key & Very Little Information ; I Was Told To Come Back At 4 For Check In ( inconvenience really after travelling all that time ). Was Given A Room On The Second Floor Which Looked On To A Lane And Nothing Else . ( not what was down on the booking ) After Going Back To check In I Had Mentioned The Room View Wasn't Very Great Which The Reception Lady Then Gave Me Another Room 309 Which Had Pool View . In The Veranda When booking With Tui There Was A Nice Chair . When I Asked About This I Was Told It Was Complementary . ( disappointing ) The APARTMENTS where clean enough . But I Will Say They Are Not Cleaned Everyday ! There Was No Pattern In the Missed Room Clean . The Beds I'm Still Having Effects Of There The Most Uncomfortable Beds On The Planet . The Sunloungers Are More Comfortable Than Them . Too Make The Bed Situation Worse There Was No Air Conditioning In Our Apartment . When Asked About This I Was Offered A Fan For 30 Euros with 10 euros being a Deposit .The APARTMENTS On The Online Brocher Is White When We Arrived The APARTMENTS Happened Too Be Brown :S ! Its Got To Be By Far The Most Boaring "APARTHOTEL" ( hotel being used lightly) I've Ever Been Too . There Is Not One Ounce Of Fun Or Entertainment No Pool Side Music . Infact Not Even An Atmosphere ! In The Room However They Provied You With A Smart Tv Which You Have Too Pay 10 Euro For The Control . There Is Netflix On The Tv But The Apartments Have Done Something To Stop You Being Able to Use This Even With Youre Own Account. ( So You've Paid 40 Euro Before Even Leaving The APARTMENTS ) There Does Happen to Be A Pool Side Bar Which Is Rather Expensive Too. While we Were There We Were Told By Another Holiday Maker That The Pool Bar Was Closing The Whole Of November For Maintenance . Which BTW Closed on The 30th And No Work Man Was Near It The Rest Of Our Holiday & We Left It On The 3rd !!! So the little things that made it slightly better was taking away half way into our holiday ... Disappointed All Round & Definitely Would Not Recommend Or Come back . LIFEGUARD ON THE OTHER HAND IS THE BEST THING ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS . SHE'S POLITE & CARING AND TRYS HER BEST TO KEEP EVERY ONE HAPPY . More
Birthday get away
We had a ground floor apartment which was clean big and just perfect. the pool bar was a little on the expensive side no evening bar though which I was kind of hoping for . Very quiet in the evening which is nice as it was get away for myself and partner with no children. 2 min walk to shop and 5 to the town. Quiet and lovely. Would go again. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Main shops close by, the outside doesn’t the inside justice. Can only have breakfast there and no dinner. Food was lovely on the morning always hot and the staff cleared up well. More
Ok accommodation, no air con and very boring!
The hotel itself is not poor quality, it’s average 3 star accommodation. Not seen anything that would make me say “Avoid at all cost” but there is some ‘need to know’ stuff. Firstly, for those that like to sit around the pool and have a drink, don’t come in November 2017 because the bar is shut all month for re-furbishment. And did I mention that this is the only bar? Reception is only open 9am - 2pm and 4pm - 9pm. There is a telephone number for emergencies, so make sure you can use your mobile abroad. There is also a taxi number at reception in case you need one. The staff I have seen are polite and helpful. The lifeguard is lovely. Following on from the bar hours, needless to say is probably that there is nothing to do in the hotel of an evening. There is no bar, no entertainment, in fact, no communal social area. After your evening meal you will need to go out or back to your room. Let’s talk about the pool. Well the hotel obviously had a very good photographer who mad the pool look like a lake. It isn’t. It’s probably 50mtrs long at best and sits next to a wall one side, that backs onto the street. Not many passing people, but traffic can be loud. This would probably go unnoticed if they played music around the pool. Did I mention that you are not allowed music around the pool?? There is a children’s pool about 5mtrs round. The tiles look a bit grubby. There are a few more pool rules. Opening hours 10 - 6, no floats, balls, cycling(?), skateboarding(?), football(?), drinking or sunglasses allowed in the pool. If this covers around the pool too, then there is no drinking around the pool! The entertainment provided by the hotel consists of a pool table of very poor quality and bar football around the pool area. There is another pool table inside the hotel, but this has an ‘out of order’ sign on it. There are only 4 children in the hotel at present and all seem quite bored. The steps down to the toilets by the pool are very slippery. An elderly man has fallen down them as is still hospitalised leaving his travel partner alone in the hotel forced to go out to socialise because there is nothing else to do other than sit in the room. The corridors are not lit all the time and you will find light switches on the walls to turn them on when you come in. They look exactly the same as the door bells for the rooms, so you will probably ring a few before you work out which ones are the light switches. It is not obvious, they are very close. It is not a bad hotel. The staff are very friendly. It is poorly run. There is nothing to do hear except sit by the pool. There are plenty of sun loungers. It is probably not a fun packed hotel that is suited for families with children who want more than a sun lounger. There are lots of places to eat and shops in the area. Down the hill and left at the beach seems to have more clubs and bars. To the right at the beach is a shopping mall and eateries. All very nice and reasonable prices. There are places to go in the area and the area seems very nice, but the hotel is boring.More
Lovely 3 star surprise
The other half and I booked this through Tui and from the moment we stepped into reception we knew we were going to like this place. Receptionist friendly and explained all we needed to know about our stay. We were guided to our one bed terrace apartment and were very surprised when we walked in. We had a lounge and TV, kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, double electric cooking rings, standard coffee maker (no kettle) enough cutlery crockery pots and oans glasses for four people. Bathroom was a compact with walk in shower, could do with a shelf to put your shower bottles on. Bedroom nice size and was twin beds put together, two we bedside tables and ample hanging space and shelves to put shorts,T shirts etc on. A desk with two small drawers and a seat. Note no chest of drawers but really this was not important. Out one the good size terrace table and two chairs and a small wall concertina dryer for swim wear etc.One thing being on a terrace you were on same level as the pool. The pool is not very big but saying that it never got busy at any one time and there are plenty of sun beds and shades for everyone. Now for further info:You pat 10 euros for remote control for the TV and 10 euros for the safe but you get this back when you leave..also 3 euros a day has to be paid for having the safe. No pool towels provided but you can pick a beach towel up in the shops for 3 euros. There is a small supermarket half way down the hill or do what we did go to the big hypermarket up the hill at Santiago 6 and do a shop on hams, cheese, bread, water and drimks. It is worth it and will save you time and money in yhe long run. I was truly taken aback by how clean and tidy this place was and for a 3 star so easantly surprised. Just near in mind that this hotel is on an incline but you can hire an electric scooter (again just down the hill 250 yards).Breakfast was included and you will not be disappointed from fruits, cereals, fully cooked breakfasts, continental it was all laid on in a lovely breakfast room. What more can I say but I really had a lovely holiday and as for being on a main road yes it gets busy during the day buy never heard anything at night. Need any info on this more than happy to oblige. Enjoy!More
This hotel was excellent. Lovely staff, clean rooms and lovely food. The swimming pool is quite large with lots of sun beds always available. In an ideal location, with a short walk to the beach. A nice short walk to restaurants and night life. The beach bar was lovely, a little pricey but nice and easy. The staff were very helpful as we booked a few of our excursions there. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. More
