About the villa

The villas are located in Son Carrio between Santandria and Cala Blanca, near the small beach of Santandria. There, guests may enjoy a wide range of restaurants, some of which offer breathtaking views over the sea. One restaurant is also built within a natural cave. Each of the 20 villas is surrounded by a small lawn and a terrace. The main entrance of the villas leads directly into a tastefully appointed, air-conditioned lounge/ dining room with modern cane seating and two doors, which open to the terrace. Via a corridor, guests will reach the living room with an open-plan kitchen, which features a fridge, a small oven, and hobs. There are also one or two air-conditioned bedrooms with two double beds and en suite bathroom on the ground floor. A further air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds, a balcony with views over the pool, and a bathroom is located on the first floor. All the villas come with a TV and safe as standard, and the air-conditioning in the individual rooms is individually adjustable. The barbecue areas with tall chimneys beside the terracotta poolside terrace are particularly remarkable. There are sufficient sun loungers laid out for all guests.

Amazing Villa, and holiday after a dodgy start.

Amazing Villa, staff at reception were so helpful and couldn't of done anymore for us. The only problem was, we were dropped of by the transfer company, at 10pm in the middle of a road, where the 20 Villas were situated. There was no reception in the vicinity of the Villas and no one around to advise us where to go. We were having trouble accessing the Internet at the time. We walked around to try to find someone who could help. By midnight we were still in the road,unable to find out where to go to check in. At no time during the booking procedure was I informed that the reception was 3 streets and a 15 minute walk away from the Villa. I rang the emergency number for loveholidays, spoke to 3 different people and no one knew what to do. They advised to try and book somewhere else, and they would remberse me later. Cut a long story short, we eventually found reception at 3.30 am, which obviously wasn't open. There was a note stuck to the door with my name and Villa number, advising the Villa was open and ready for us. I've never been so relieved. We eventually got to our Villa at 4am. We had a lovely holiday and would definatly go again, as the staff and Villa was amazing. Maybe there should be more information regarding the check in procedure at the point of booking.

Chilled and relaxing holiday

10 days of relaxation and chill! Great villa, lovely pool and a completely relaxing break. We took two teenagers and spent 10 days in and out of the pool and sunbathing…they absolutely loved it and no complaints of being bored! Villa well equipped, lots of local restaurants and great access to shops if you want to self cater. Fab place!

Great location, good space but tired with stinky drains

On paper this sounds great. In reality I doubt I'd go again for the money. It was ok. We stayed in Villa 16. Good space, nice enough pool, good air con, fab location for beach access and towels changed every 3 days. Also pool men checking pool daily. But the ensuite bathroom stunk of sewers. The smell was overwhelming. There is a bad ant problem. The dishwasher only fits a handful of plates and mugs and struggles with that. Furniture is tired, there is a balcony with no furniture to enjoy it. Missing utensils for cooking. All in all it's not 4* but a solid 3* and expensive at that.

Absolutely fantastic 3 bedrooms villa with 2 bathrooms one en-suite they were really clean so well organised . attention to detail and cleanliness 1st class . Allocation of villa so well organised by reception to enable us to start holiday straight away, facilities inside were great kitchen area including dishwasher oven microwave and coffee machine , air conditioning was amazing , staff dropped of replacement towels and sheets twice in our 7 day stay , 2 local shops within 2 minute walk very well stocked 1 with daily freshly baked pastries which were really cheap , 3 beaches nearby closest was 7 minute walk with disabled equipment to allow access to sandy beach for all to use Our Pool area was privately screened off in lovely private gated garden Main reception was 20 minute walk from our villa with restaurants shops and bars all again on 1 level so easy for wheelchairs and pushchairs Would definitely recommend and definitely rebook

The most incredible place to stay with family. Wow! We have just got back this week ( 22nd July) Nothing was too much trouble either. If we needed extra things for the villa we could ring through and the reception staff had someone drop it off. They dropped us off at our villa when we arrived and organised our private transfers to pick us up from outside the villa ready to take us to the airport. Everywhere in the villa was exceptionally clean. The pool included! Plenty of storage. We are a family of 6 and it accommodated well for 6. Plenty of shades area in the garden looking straight at the pool. The Aircon was a dream! With it being lowest of 25c at night it was well needed. Air con in each room plus the dining/lounge area. Fridge cooker very clean. Even being bags & dishwasher tablets for the mini dishwasher. Little things like tea towels included too. Every 3rd day fresh bedding/towels dropped off in a bag by your gate with an empty wash bag for you to put dirty ones in 3 minutes walk to a small supermarket, less than 10 to the beautiful Cala Santandria beach. Lots of restaurants & shops by reception to chose from just over 10 minutes walk from our villa. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone but especially to families. If your looking for a quiet ish relaxing holiday this is your place.
