Menorca has a long history of making gin, but Xoriguer is the last distillery standing. You can see the gin bubbling away in copper sills and try some of it the traditional way — with herbes, a tangy local liqueur. Or mix your own Menorcan ‘pomada’ with gin, bitter lemon and ice.
