View All DealsSon Parc holidays take you to a tucked-away corner of Menorca's northern coast, where an Instagram-worthy beach and an 18-hole golf course are the stars of the show.
Roll out your map of Menorca and you’ll find the town of Son Parc planted in a quiet plot, on the island’s northern coast. The main attraction here’s Son Parc Beach – also known as Arenal Son Saura – with its 1,000 feet of sand that spreads out near the town centre. Two beach bars bookend the swathe, so servings of tapas and fruity cocktails are within easy reach of your sunbed. Plus, you can break up your stints on the sand with watersports like windsurfing, water-skiing and jet-skiing.
If you’re looking for something to do away from the sand, Menorca’s only golf course is on your doorstep. The Son Parc Golf Course lines up 18 holes of preened fairways, scenic lakes and professional-level greens, just like you’d see on the PGA tour. Keen golfers can rent some clubs and opt for the full 18 holes. Alternatively, if you’re a beginner, you can keep it short with a nine-hole round. There’s a driving range, too, where you can book a lesson with one of the club’s pros.
Son Parc’s town centre’s headlined by ‘the strip’, which is in this case, a peaceful avenue lined with most of the resort’s bars and restaurants. You’ve got a handful to pick from, including a couple of tapas bars, an Italian pizzeria and a British-style pub. Holidays to Son Parc also put you a 30-minute drive from Mahon, Menorca’s capital city. Here, you’ve got a larger platter of modern jazz bars and family-run eateries to get stuck in to.
