Family holidays to Parga

Our family holidays to Parga reveal one of Greece’s unsung heroes – think pretty whitewashed harbours and sandy bays.

Friendly hotels

Family-friendly hotels are a dime a dozen in Parga. Places like the Mara Studios & Apartments set out peaceful self-catering studios. Spend your nights at the Lichnos Beach Hotel, meanwhile, and you’ll get swimming pools and four-star rooms by the sand.

A brace of beaches

Lichnos Beach is the headline act, thanks to its serving of watersports and child-friendly tavernas. Alonaki Beach is a sheltered spot that’s great for snorkelling, while the waves of Valtos Beach reel in windsurfers.

Meanwhile, Parga Town Beach is within easy reach of the pretty harbour.

Dramatic countryside

Turn your back on the coast, and you’ve got a backdrop of wild mountains and gorges. Vikos National Park is your best bet for top-rate hiking trails.
