TUI Holiday Voucher Competition – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: TUI is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. How to Enter: Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to visit https://www.tui.co.uk/worldcook and provide your name, address, telephone number, email address to the Promoter by completing the form. Only 1 entry allowed per person. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice.

5. Dates: The competition commences on 10th July 2026 and closes on 31st October 2026. All entries must be received by 23:59 on the 31st October 2026.

6. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

7. Prize(s): There is one prize of a £1,000 TUI Gift Card to be won. The card must be treated as cash and the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. Booking terms and conditions apply to any holiday purchased in part or full using the TUI Gift Card. The prize is not transferable, and no alternative will be offered.

8. Selection of Winners: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

9. Notification: The winner(s) will be notified by telephone or email or post after the 1st November 2026 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

10. Winner(s) details: Details of the winner will be obtainable after 1st December 2026 by writing to TUI UK Limited at Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN (FAO Sales and Marketing Team). Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winner(s) may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.

 11. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

1. Your TUI Travel Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at all TUI Stores (excluding the Republic of Ireland), tui.co.uk and firstchoice.co.uk. For website transactions, your gift card must have sufficient funds to cover the initial payment due when booking your holiday.
2. The card can’t be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards.
3. The card can’t be exchanged for cash or to buy another gift card.
4. The expiry date is printed on the reverse of your gift card. Your physical gift card expiry date will be at least one year from the date of your purchase. For digital gift cards, the expiry will be printed on your digital card and is two years from the date of purchase.
5. The maximum account balance allowed at any one time is £5,000 for physical gift cards and £3,000 for digital gift cards.
6. The card must be treated as cash, and the balance can’t be refunded if it’s lost, stolen or destroyed.
7. You can find out your balance by phone, in-store or on the web.
8. Cards can’t be redeemed over the phone.
9. Your gift card cannot be used in the Republic of Ireland or online at crystalski.co.uk
10. TUI Travel Gift Cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
