What is the TUI Smiles Rewards Club?

The TUI Smiles Rewards Club is our way of rewarding customers. As a member, you’ll get access to our best deals, exclusive rewards and partner perks. It’s free to join and open to anyone aged 18 or over. Hooray! You can join even if you’ve never booked with TUI before – you’ll just need a myTUI account. Collect Smiles when you book with TUI, including package holidays, flights, cruises, hotel stays and experiences. Please note that only the lead name on a booking is eligible to collect Smiles.

How do I join the TUI Smiles Rewards Club?

It's free to join, you just need a myTUI account. So, if you're not registered you'll need to create an account first. Once logged into your myTUI account, you'll have the option to join the TUI Smiles Rewards Club. Simply accept the terms and conditions and opt in to join and you'll be ready to enjoy all the great Smiles rewards in no time.

How do I collect Smiles?

As a member, we suggest you log in each time you visit a TUI website or the TUI app before making a booking. That way you'll see all the latest offers and rewards in your dashboard first. You'll collect Smiles when you book package holidays, flights, cruises, hotel stays or experiences with TUI. You can also collect Smiles when you book a TUI package holiday, flight, experience or hotel stay through a TUI shop or a partner travel agent; but not when booking directly through a hotel partner website. Smiles all round then!

Why do we collect Smiles and not points?

In our club, you collect Smiles, and the more Smiles you have, the higher your membership level. Other loyalty programmes often use points you can save up and spend later. Our club works a little differently, which is why we use Smiles instead of points.

How will I know how many Smiles I'll collect?

The number of Smiles you'll collect depends on what you book. For holidays, cruises and hotels, you collect Smiles per night. For flights, it's based on the length of your flight. For tickets and experiences, you collect Smiles per person. You can use the handy Smiles table to get the heads up on how many Smiles you'll collect. Your Smiles will appear in your TUI Smiles Rewards Club dashboard within 2-3 days after booking.

Will I collect Smiles for a booking I made before joining?

You can collect Smiles on an existing booking if you join the TUI Smiles Rewards Club within 30 days of making that booking, as long as the booking is eligible and linked to the same email address as your myTUI account. If your booking was made more than 30 days before you joined, or before the Club launched, Smiles can’t be added retrospectively. Don’t worry though – there's lots of rewards available, even at Level 1. And as a member, you’ll collect Smiles automatically when you make future eligible bookings.
