Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

  1. 1. Promoter’s Details: TUI is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117
  2. 2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
  3. 3. How to Enter: Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to visit the TUI Facebook page or Instagram account, click on the link provided in the copy of the Facebook post or on the Instagram story for that day. Here you will be directed to a microsite where you can provide your name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address to the Promoter by completing the form provided. “Liking” of the TUI Facebook page and/or tagging of a friend does not count as an entry to the competition. Only 1 entry allowed per person per day. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
  4. 4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice
  5. 5. Dates: The competition starts 1st December 2022 and closes on 12th December 2022. 1 entry per day. Entry attempts for previous days will not be allowed. For example, you will only be allowed to enter Day 1 on the 1st. After 00:00 on 1st December 2022, you will no longer be able to enter that day’s competition.
  6. 6. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
  7. 7. Prize(s): There are 12 prizes available, one for each day of the 12 Days of Vacays. The prizes available include 2x £500 TUI Gift Cards, 4 x £1000 TUI Gift Cards, 3 x £1500 TUI Gift Cards, 1 Discovery 2 Cruise, and 1 TUI beach holiday up to the value of £2000. Further details of each prize are set out below:
  8. 7 (a) Discovery 2 Cruise – There is one holiday on offer for 2 passengers, in an outside cabin on board the Marella Discover 2 for 7 nights on an all-inclusive basis. Flights depart from Manchester, Birmingham or Gatwick. In resort transfers are included, luggage allowance of 15kg per person. Travel insurance is not included. The holiday is departing in May or October. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled.   9. 7 (b) Beach holiday – This prize is a TUI beach holiday, staying at the Orka Village, up to the value of £2000, departing between 1st May 2023 and 1st October 2023, with flights direct from the nearest suitable airport. Travel insurance is not included. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. Booking terms and conditions apply to the holiday; see relevant brochure or www.tui.co.uk for details. The prize is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
  10. 7 (c) Gift Cards – There are 10 TUI Gift Cards to be won in total – 3 prizes of £500 TUI Gift Cards, 4 £1000 TUI Gift Cards and 3 £1500 TUI Gift Cards. The card must be treated as cash an d the balance cannot be refunded if lost, stolen or destroyed. Booking terms and conditions apply to any holiday purchased in part or full using the TUI Gift Card.   11. 8. Selection of winners: The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries at the end of the competition period on 13th December 2022.
  12. 9. Notification: The winners will be notified by email or telephone on or after the 13th December 2022 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.
  13. 10. Winner(s) details: Details of the winners will be obtainable after the 13th December 2022 by writing to TUI UK, Wigmore House, Wigmore Road, Luton, LU2 9TN. Winners must inform the Promotor if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winners may be required to participate in post-competition publicity. 
  14. 11. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. Meta accepts no liability for this competition.
