We recently stayed at this Hotel and had an excellent time. The location was right by the sea with steps down to have a swim. The staff were all very friendly especially Petyra in reception and went out of their way to make sure you had an excellent holiday. The food was varied with always something to eat. You could visit the Tavanas restaurant once during your week which gave traditional food this was a wonderful evening. The apartment was spacious and very clean with very comfortable beds we had a limited sea view which was well worth it.Thank you to all the staff for making pur holiday so special .More
Brilliant week at TUI Nausicaa Beach
Spent one week September 24th-1st October at the family life hotel Nausicca it's just an awesome place all the staff here work so hard from reception in the restaurants and especially the cleaners we stayed in room 126 with a pool view and large balcony with amazing views! Please also note that this a hotel that actually tries to do something about the reserving of beds with a towel it was hilarious to watch the TUI dancing bear remove towels before 09:00 really funny Food in the restaurant (Dionysoss) was varied and all the staff were polite & showed us to our table every day it was myself and my wife's first AI attempt what a treat we had! Please try the AI snacks on offer amazing baguettes and burgers are available you can also drink all day at the pool bar if you like! Air con was also spot on in our room with a safety deposit box and fridge very welcome we had a trip out to Nissi beach but didn't venture out much why should we with all the lovely food on offer! It might be surprising but we were outnumbered by 70/30 with a Scandinavian presence but all are friendly and English speaking I wholeheartedly congratulate the management and team for the hard work in making our holiday so memorable it was our 30th wedding anniversary and we will come back! Great location, food, staff - would be difficult to fault this place. Loads of sun beds in a variety of locations. Children were very well catered for. Plenty of shady spots when required. Entertainment was however geared towards children/ young families More
Stayed here the last week in August for two weeks, with two children 17 and 14. Check in was quick and friendly and nice to be greeted with drinks and cake. Room was 414 sea and pool view. It was a good size, loads of wardrobe space and cleaned to a good standard every day apart from Sunday. Fitness classes were a great bonus and the two instructors are brilliant. You need them after all the lovely food. As previous reviews have stated food is to s very high standard and all lovely. The taverna for meze is a must. One visit per week, book via reception. We found all staff friendly even bar staff. Fig tree beach one minute walk away or a short swim. I've seen complaints about drinks. We found them ok, maybe not the coke/Diet Coke was branded but not that bad to ruin your holiday, alcoholic drinks all fine also cocktails. Marcos who served us our drinks in the restaurant needs a mention. He never stopped smiling and remembered our drinks every time. Didn't bother with entertainment as our children are older so can't comment, bars did lack a bit of atmosphere but again didn't bother us as we happy just to sit and chat. Worried that this hotel was for family's with young children before we arrived but while there realised it suits all ages. Sun loungers never a problem even after breakfast. Would recommend to anyone wanting a beach front hotel close to town. More
We stayed here for one week last year (2016) at the end June/beginning July. The hotel was lovely as clean, service was first class. We have 4 children (aged 11, 8, 6, 4 at the time) thy absolutely loved the kids club and the animation staff. They actually cried when it was time to leave and they begged us to stay longer! The food every night was wonderful and I am vegetarian and had no problems with the choices each night, I never got bored. There is a main restaurant and also a poolside snack bar which was also great considering I am vegi. The hotel is on the beach and also is a short walk to the town. We rented a car for approx £100 for 4 days. We would definitely come here again! XMore
