    There’s plenty of luxury on the cards at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray – it’s perched on the prestigious Palm Jumeirah, and boasts a private beach, an infinity pool, a speciality steakhouse and a huge theatre.

    This place is sat on a private section of lounger-sprinkled golden sand, or you can opt for a dip in the infinity pool. Guests also have complimentary access to the Wild Wadi waterpark next door. To visit the mainland, you can catch the yacht shuttle service from the jetty.

    More is more at this hotel – for starters, it’s got nine restaurants, covering Turkish, Asian, British, and Lebanese cuisine. There’s also a cinema and a designer shopping arcade. Not to mention, the world-class spa’s home to a snow room, and the largest Turkish bath in the Middle East.

    It’s worth noting that there are extra hotel fees that you’ll be asked to pay on check-in or check-out. We’ll let you know how much this is when you come to book.     Jumeirah zabell saray 1st class hotel and staff

    We stayed at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in October of 2019. On arrival we was pleasantly greeted and treated like like royalty. There was nothing to much trouble, the check in was first class every thing explained to us. Over the first few days we got to know the staff by name as if we had known them for weeks. The food is out of this world and there is plenty to do for both couples and families. Even on the beach and round the pool we was more than looked after. We are just waiting for the flights to be released for next October 2020 so we can book a return visit to this hotel. I have been to many international countries around the world this is the best holiday I have ever had thanks to staff who looked after us and the wonderful hotel. First class THANKS.

    After a previous wonderful stay here I can’t stay the same this time. Many extras taken away without prior notice soon arrival. The shuttle bus between the Jumeirah hotels which run all day now finishes at 5pm forcing guests to pay for cabs - don’t trust the guys at the front on the hotel as they will put you in an executive car thee times the price! Wouldn’t cost the hotel much to run shuttle bus in the evenings as this is for its own guests to dine in other hotels within the Jumerirah chain. Biggest disappointment - Club Lounge. No advance notice lunch had been removed. Having young children this was a massive inconvenience and extremely expensive having to pay to eat elsewhere. How comes in the past lunch was included and then with no warning removed. Friends who have being staying at the hotel for last 7 years had advised lunch was waiter served in the past, last year it changed to a light Buffett and this year totally removed but still charging customers the same for the Club package! Witnesses many guests complaining and choosing not to return to this hotel - such a shame as these small changes will effect regular guests returning. Also, club lounge to small to accommodate the amount of guests, last year the lounge was more relaxed and staff able to accommodate guests instead guests having to wait to be seated and for drinks On a positive - all staff are first class and attention to detail first class. Hopefully hotel management review taking away the lunch and shuttle bus and this hotel will be outstanding

    We had an amazing time at the Zabeel Saray. The dine around option was great we also had the club lounge access which allowed us to get lunch and 2 hours of free drinks at night before dinner. The staff were excellent looked after us and the kids, treated them like princesses and would always try and help with any out of the norm requests. Pool area and kids club were excellent. I would highly recommend visiting the Zabeel Saray.

    this hotel is exceptional. it is very opulent and impressive - right on the beach with very luxurious and large rooms all beautifully presented with comfy beds and the biggest bath i have ever seen! the harman was incredible - with sauna stream a snow room and large hit tube and relaxation area in a stunning turkish style - amazing. restaurants are really good in especially the indian. breakfast is really impressive. a real 5 star experience. but the best thing is the service which is the best i have experienced. efficient yet friendly and super helpful. particularly kamillia and dillon at main desk and banwari in the indian restaurant which was a fantastic meal.

    We went for half term holidays with my 11 year old daughter, so having the wild wadi was amazing however,I didn't realise it was about 20 mins away from he hotel and a shuttle drive which they provide only 2 times a day one at 9.30 am and 1 at 12.30 midday so both times are quite hot and they could have done with a later shuttle, having stayed in other jumeirah hotel this was my only complaint about zabeel was the lack of shuttle flexibility, they dont go to the mall in the evening the shuttle stops at like 5pm so you have to rely on taxis, and when I asked them why they said we stopped because customers were getting annoyed as due to the traffic they couldn't be prompt on their evening pick up and drop off times so they didn't want to let people down so they stopped it all together ! Other than that I cant fault zabeel saray it has an amazing ambience beautiful decor excellent customer service very friendly and delicious food ! I personally just feel that any hotel on the palm is fine if you want to stay on the resort otherwise anything is atleast a 20 mins text ride away. If I stay on the palm again I will definitely hire a car this time.
