    We chose to stay here for its close proximity to Volcano Bay. If you cut through the pool area you can be at park entrance in about 5 mins! The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. You can easily reach the main Universal parks by bus, boat or foot. Make sure you take the time to head up to the rooftop bar at night for a drink or two. Fantastic views across the parks
    Aventura Hotel is the Very Best at Universal Orlando - Don't look any further!

    Having travelled the World on business staying in many Hotels in many Cities from my experience the Aventura Hotel at Universal Orlando is one of the BEST Hotels. The Hotel has everything for Singles, Couples and Families great rooms great facilities, great staff to include two smart robots. The management and staff are great - Stephen, David, John B, Maria, Luna, Lauren, Ivette, Jennifer, Ciara, Yolanda and many more who are all determined to help you enjoy your stay. On arrival at Reception the welcome I received from YaYa was oustanding and thorough I awarded YaYa my receptionist of the Year award for 2018 she is just great.. My room housekeeper Andrea was excellent. I cannot speak highly enough about the Aventura everything you will read in the Hotel brochure is absolutely true and accurate as you will experience on your stay, The Aventura is a 'State of the Art Smart Hotel' with no carpets anywhere.There are many great facilities inside and outside the Hotel to include a fabulous outdoor pool patrolled at all times by trained lifesavers early access to the Parks continuous Free transport to and from the Parks - Park Ticket Deals can be purchased in the Hotel - and a superbly staffed Starbucks inside to make your stay wonderful and stress free much enjoyment awaits. There is one of the best 'outdoor' rooftop Restaurant & Cocktail Bars on the 17th floor I have ever enjoyed with a super 360 view. I much look forward to my next stay in the Aventura Hotel at Universal.

    I took my daughter to Universal Studios and Volcano Bay. The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel does need to put more variety on there menu, not alot of selection when it comes to dinning , albeit breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    We have just spent four fantastic nights at this lovely hotel. It is so clean, fresh and welcoming and an ideal place to stay if visiting universal. The shuttles are every 15 mins and the boat is across the road. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with beautiful views from the roof top bar. The kids loved the iPad for lighting and tv etc. Although you can operate many of the lights using theirs switches. The place also felt very very safe with lots of lifeguards who were practicing drills whilst we sat in the sun. I really cannot recommend this place enough for a short visit to the universal parks. Thanks Aventura. A+++

    Great for families at an affordable price. Close to all attractions and beautiful hotel. The staff was nice and welcoming. Very convenient location near many Orlando restaurants and points of interest.
