The hotel overall was nice. The only things I would change...
The hotel overall was nice. The only things I would change would be the comfort of the beds and clear indications of where the ice machines were. Also the breakfast could have been a lot better.More
All round good resort just a couple of points that let it down i.e lack of sunbeds around pools for a 2 tower complex you need to have more then 15 beds around the main pool area. We had 2 maids for our room one was good who we only got for 2 days the other was not did'nt replenish anything she was supposed to i.e bottled water for the room 2 per day she did the toiletries twice good job we had our own. Rooms are a good size 2 doubles plus a room with small a kitchenette and sofa bed (we had a club room) 2 tvs with a good choice of channels. Roof top pool with great views of the area free drinks and snacks up there to. The free wifi is not the best always bumping you off. A non smoking resort which is a big plus 🤗. All round a good stay for 14 days, thanksMore
Avoid the South Tower
After the initial shock and disappointment in being allocated a room which we considered to be substandard, and paying an $800 upgrade fee for a suite, the only other suitable room available, we had an enjoyable stay in a hotel that was well placed for Universal Studios and transportation to Disney. We found the reception staff to be approachable and competent. The manager to be non existent. We are still awaiting the manager to communicate with us as to the state of the first rooms allocated. The initial room and the 2nd room offered were in the south tower. Both were damp, smelly and very tired. They do not look like the images of the rooms on the website. I would strongly recommend avoiding rooms in this tower. The north tower however is more modern and befitting the cheaper end of the Ramada brand. I did not believe that the room merited the $800 upgrade but after a long flight, your options are limited when your in the hotel lobby and all you want to do is relax. Would I book this hotel again? probably not until it has had an upgrade.More
This hotel is one of my favourite hotels on international drive. I have stayed here 6 times in total and loved every stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The rooms have everything you need also. The hotel is suitable for families, single travellers and couples. The breakfast is ok I think this is the only area that can honestly say could do with a little improvement. But yet again its good. The pools are nice especially the roof top pool. Staff up there are great too. The hotel is in a great location also. The hotel itself makes you feel very safe and offers a safe in every room. There are two parts of the hotel the newer part is more modern and the rooms are a lot more comfortable.More
MIND IT IS NOT A **** 4 STAR HOTEL AS SHOWN that's a lie !!!! SADLY you will feel it !!!!
Breakfast reasonably poor of 4 star hotel. Booking.com does not provide correct information. My opinion is that they are two hotels and they are selling a poor three star hotel under the brand name Better Hotel. The hotel is divided in two and its critical, for example, there is not the same breakfast room for both buildings.Breakfast was awful plastic plates forks knifes & cups. If you are in the "3 star" section then you are not eligible to purchase access to the top floor swimming pool. I would like to add this to our reservation at the hotel but was denied where we were not in the right bulding.I read reviews regarding breakfast at the hotel, which was not suitable for both buildings. In my opinion, it is a fraud to sell both buildings under the same name.More
