    We loved the location. We could easily walk to many fun and popular activities and destinations including the park, Times Square, and Rockefeller Center. The room was adequate, but a bit shabby ( grout lines were discolored in the bathroom, bedding was stiff with some stains washed in long ago, curtains were a bit tired and saggy). That said, the room was clean and had what we needed. For the price and location, we would stay again.

    Upon arrival the hotel 🏨 appearance was very warm and welcoming. The lobby had fresh florals 🌸🌿🎋🌳and plants 🌱 that were visually serene and soothingly aromatic. Reception was professional and upbeat. Could have used a little guidance on location of elevators that go to room floors as well as what exactly to type in to locate which elevator to use...however, did like the way they operated. Very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

    Had a wonderful time at this location, it was clean and the service was excellent, my room had an awesome view of Central Park! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting New York! This location is awesome and Debbie the front desk person made my stay even more enjoyable, she was very nice and she made checking in very easy no hassle, she put us at ease! Thanks Debbie.

    I was here for a medical convention 11/9-11/2018 and found the accommodations to meet my demanding standards. The hotel room was large (by any standard-but especially large for a room in NYC). The concierge lounge was located in the lobby - a little odd, but it worked. Excellent selection of snacks at night and breakfast in the morning.

    Very nice the only downside was the service in the library bar. The rooms were clean and spacious for NYC. Great location for food and plays. Convenient to subway and easy to get to all of the sites. Good value
