    I/we have stayed at Fitzpatrick's Grand Central several times, I feel totally safe there and enjoy spending time and relaxing in the lovely cozy & comfortable room always.The room staff do such a great job and they are so accommodating, I always seem to have to ask for extra tea bags, sipping tea & watching the local news is my favorite way of relaxing there.

    I've never left a review before. But my experience was so outstanding on my recent trip that I felt I had to.the room itself was fantastic. All the amenities required.best of all were the staff, one in particular chante, on the desk who went above and beyond to deal with any request or query. In an age of bog standard service this place was a breath of fresh air!.cant recommend it enough.

    Best place to stay in NYC. Best value, great place. Centrally located the staff very according to help with your stay or things to do. Unbeatable customer service a real pleasure. The bar and bar food was very good .

    EVERYONE from the check-in clerk, Nicole, to the housekeeper, Julia, went out of their way to help me with everything. I have never had such outstanding service anywhere, including The Four Seasons! They even provided small touches. I had chocolate dipped strawberries upon my arrival as well as multiple bottles of water. This place is a hidden gem!

    We love the Fitzpatrick Grand Central for many reasons - location, cleanliness, staff, etc. We have stayed here four or five times and this year all of our group of college friends stayed at the Fitzpatrick as well. Everyone was very happy with their accommodations as were we!
