    You can’t get closer to the fun and family action of Gardaland theme park than at the Gardaland Hotel Resort.

    Ticking all the boxes for the little kids and grown up kids, say hello to Prezzemolo the dragon as you arrive at the grand entrance. Set across four buildings and surrounded by landscaped gardens, you’ve got the choice to dive into the action or relax in the sunshine.

    When you’re not squealing and giggling on over thirty rides in the theme park* just minutes away, head to the Blue Lagoon in the hotel grounds. With waterfall feature, hydro massage area and dedicated kid’s area, there’s plenty to keep the whole family busy.

    And for mealtimes, Choose from the two restaurants serving elegant a la carte menus or family-friendly buffet options. And grab something little from the Wonder Bar and Lagoon Bar and Grill.

    Just so you know, a tourist tax is payable locally in cash. This will be approximately €1.50 per person, per night.

    Please note that swimming caps are compulsory in the pool.

    It’s worth knowing that entry into Gardaland theme park is not included but is available at a discount from reception.

    Awesome place for family and kids

    I have a very pleasant stay at resort, park is very close, there is free shuttle bus which takes you to park every 5 or 30 min. Garden is beautiful & clean, very good service & food. Different programs for kids during day, Kids will love it. Lovely decoration, interesting theme good for kids in different ages.
    Con - paid for child and charged again

    We booked through booking.com for 2 adults and a child. When adding child the booking went up by 100 euro for 5 nights. We paid and received the confirmation. The amount paid is clearly shown on the receipt. When the confirmation was received it only accounted for 2 adults although we paid the markup for the child. At reception wasted an hour already explaining the situation and instead of resolving the issue with booking.com charged us another extra 100 euro. Erica tried to be helpful but unfortunately her manager insisted we pay the amount extra we already payed and take the case up with booking.com. An hour wasted, holiday off to a bad start and another 100 euros taken for no reason. These people have no idea what customer service is unfortunately. If anyone else has had this issue through booking.com please advise here.

    Hotel is located to far from the lake's to give it more stars. However it is lovely and clean. Rooms of a good size. If your eating in the evening then I suggest you don't use the dining room as it's expensive and not great quality. Better to use the Tutankhamen.. Service not always good but food much better. The swimming pool is a good size but it's all one depth 1.4 meters so make sure the children are able to swim before jumping in. There's a toddlers pool as well. Although there's a free bus to the closest town it does create issues trying to get back...we used taxis quite a lot.

    We booked to stay here through Tui in January. We were not disappointed as the place was amazing for us. The rooms were huge and spotless, cleaned daily. The breakfast was OK, something for us all to eat. Would recommend the tutunkamham restaurant as it was lovely, and even had a take away from there one night. Close to theme park, and shuttle bus run regularly. Only down side was the lack of a shop onsite for snacks and drink for the room, but we went to the local penny Market to stock up. Everyone was very helpful, will be visiting again in future
    worst end to my vacation

    my girl forgot her stuffed dog in the room and we notice it only when we got home .so far i called them 20 times and speak with them about 10 times they asked to send email and fill LOST AND FOUNDS form and yet no one found the time to call me. they just keep on saying that the guy from lost and found need to look. i don't think he got so many lost things there, he cant find my lost object. he probably never looked. it's been 4 days since the first time i contact about it. don't go there!
