Inflight food and drink

No matter how long or short your journey is, we’ve got something to whet your appetite. Check out below what’s available on your flight.

Short haul

If you’re with us for less than seven hours, you’re flying to one of our short or mid-haul destinations. On these flights, there’s a great range of hot and fresh food, snacks, drinks and sweet treats to choose from. They’re all available to buy from your cabin crew.

Browse our inflight café menu.

Long haul

On our long-haul flights – of seven hours or more – your meals* are included. You can expect a tasty main meal with your choice of red, white or rosé wine, followed up with a tea or coffee. Then, before landing, you’ll be served a breakfast, afternoon tea or another light bite, depending on the time of day. We’ll take care of your hot, soft and alcoholic drinks, too**. The number of times the drinks trolley comes down the cabin depends on the length of the flight. You can let us know about any dietary requirements when you book.

*We don’t provide meals for under-twos, so you’ll need to bring something with you.

** Excluding Champagne.

Preorder Champagne and chocolate

On all our flights, you can go even further on the treat front and pre-order Champagne and Charbonnel et Walker truffle chocolates. If you’d prefer Champagne without chocolates, we have half bottles and full bottles available to order, too. Just give us a call on 0203 451 2688, go to Manage My Booking, or visit your local TUI Store up until three days before you fly to add these to your booking. Just so you know, our truffle chocolates may include cereals containing gluten, soya and nuts, and do contain milk. Our Champagne contains sulphites.

FAQs

How can I pay?

We’re a cashless airline and only accept card and mobile payments onboard. We are unable to accept pre-paid cards. For flights arriving or departing from Ireland, all prices are charged in Euros.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How much duty-free alcohol can I buy?

The duty-free allowance for passengers arriving into the UK from outside the country is four litres. Please speak to your cabin crew or refer to the government website for more details on how to be drink aware*.

Can I drink duty-free alcohol onboard?

Only alcohol served by the crew may be consumed onboard, and in moderation only. No Duty Free alcohol may be consumed onboard, including any alcohol purchased in the airport, or from our crew onboard.

Can I take my own food for the flight?

Yes. However, we can't provide heating facilities onboard, except for infants – we are able to warm bottles of milk in hot water. Therefore, we’d recommend low-risk food such as pre-made sandwiches and snacks that can be eaten cold.

What should I do if I have a nut allergy?

If you've got a severe nut allergy, you'll need to contact us on 0203 451 2688 at least 4 days before you fly. You'll also need to let the cabin crew know when you board the plane.

If we're aware of your allergy, the cabin crew will make an announcement on the flight asking passengers not to eat any nut products. What's more, we won't sell any nut products from the inflight bar service.  However, we can't guarantee a nut-free environment.
