FAQs
How can I pay?
We’re a cashless airline and only accept card and mobile payments onboard. We are unable to accept pre-paid cards. For flights arriving or departing from Ireland, all prices are charged in Euros.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How much duty-free alcohol can I buy?
The duty-free allowance for passengers arriving into the UK from outside the country is four litres. Please speak to your cabin crew or refer to the government website for more details on how to be drink aware*.
Can I drink duty-free alcohol onboard?
Only alcohol served by the crew may be consumed onboard, and in moderation only. No Duty Free alcohol may be consumed onboard, including any alcohol purchased in the airport, or from our crew onboard.
Can I take my own food for the flight?
Yes. However, we can't provide heating facilities onboard, except for infants – we are able to warm bottles of milk in hot water. Therefore, we’d recommend low-risk food such as pre-made sandwiches and snacks that can be eaten cold.
What should I do if I have a nut allergy?
If you've got a severe nut allergy, you'll need to contact us on 0203 451 2688 at least 4 days before you fly. You'll also need to let the cabin crew know when you board the plane.
If we're aware of your allergy, the cabin crew will make an announcement on the flight asking passengers not to eat any nut products. What's more, we won't sell any nut products from the inflight bar service. However, we can't guarantee a nut-free environment.
